Not sure if the nail set was good or not as it never actually arrived. The parcel tracker did not work to begin with, and the set never arrived. After being in contact with the customer service team with regards to the location of the parcel for nearly 14 work days, as they don't work weekends, the parcel still hadn't arrived. In the end I asked for a refund, which was processed immediately. Not very happy with my Ciate London experience.
