I bought the "Mini Mani Month 2018" as an advent calendar - I'm sure many others do. I bought it on 21st November, paying for courier delivery. It was finally planned to be delivered on 1st December, sone 11 days later - not exactly helpful to give for advent. When I talked to Ciate customer services I was told they'd been really busy (what a surprise) and that they hoped (!) I'd get an early delivery slot on the 1st. They did absolutely nothing to help. Well, at 6:30pm on a Saturday evening (1st Dec) it still hadn't arrived. We left for the weekend. Apparently, some time later, it was delivered to a neighbour. I didn't get to give the gift on time. I didn't expect advent to be a surprise to Ciate or for it to take 11 days to ship with a paid for courier service. Totally let down. Don't use them if you want to receive your goods in a timely manner nor if you expect them to react to problems. As for the calendar - well, it's a pile of nail polishes of varying shades and types. They're so varied that it's very likely that you won't like quite a few and some you will.
