Poor customer service. Items took much longer than 2-3 days to come once dispatched. Emailed, tweeted and Facebooked with no response. Appears lots of people were having the same issues. Unable to track through Royal Mail. Couldn’t find a phone number. When I did, spoke to someone who was very nice but promised to email and they didn’t...surprise.
