Ordered the Advent calendar on Nov 23rd, contacted Ciate on 27th to confirm shipment & told there was an issue & they weren't sure when my Advent calendar would arrive. Chased several times for more details, info on Hermes tracking not clear & eventually received on 4 December - terrible service from Ciate & Hermes (who dumbed my delivery on a public footpath in the rain signing the delivery as 'gate' without ringing the bell for access, I was home)
