I ordered some of your Glitter Flip lipsticks, which after receiving today I love. I am really not happy with the customer service though. I understand that this time of year is hard, but after paying £15 for the product I wish I hadn’t bothered. If you can’t handle the Christmas sales, don’t have one. Don’t say it will take 2-3 days to post (which I had to pay for by the way) when it takes a lot longer than that. I was also stunned to find that customer services was shut, even though the website and social media accounts were running and were kept up to date. I know that sadly I am one of many, who too have been disappointed and ignored. Ciaté you have lost me as a costumer! I am not happy with the service at all!
