I have bought four lipsticks from Ciate, three I am happy with and one of which is clearly not the same colour as advertised. I emailed Ciate to explain and was told I could return the lipstick for a refund, however, when I email back (twice) to say I would like a returns labels as I didn't think I should have to pay for the return postage (miss-advertisement - the colour is clearly not the same as advertised) I have been ignored. Shame on you Ciate.
