Awful online customer service. Had a leak from one of their radiators but they are continually dodging and avoiding email communication. We have sent in excess of 60 emails. Despite promising a replacement radiator they have not sent one to us after many months. Initially they asked us to mark the dispute on eBay as resolved but once we had done this , we never heard from them again!! Beware !!
