My two Citi credit cards were closed because the payment returned and lale payment for the 1st time after 20 year as a member of Citi Bank. I set online auto payment, I expected my payment always on time for periol years. For some how that unfortunately day, my Citi checking account was frozen ( on my bank monthly statement report) , all my payments could not go through, all of them were returned. I called 6 times and went to local Citi Bank branch, off course my payment finally go through after 3 times returning. However, I requested an explain, Instead send me a letter tell me that was technical issue as they did in the past, I did not receive any explaining . I have been using some others credit cards from different companies, and never plan to open another Citi credit cards, get away from headaches, frustration and upset.
