What a product and what a team. Firstly, my first t shirt arrived was the best fit I have ever had but there was still room fit perfection. I called the team and I sent a photo of me wearing it and we agreed on the minor alterations to make. So, the next one will come and be an improvement on original and likely become my template build. Once I confirm I am happy, they will send my other colour. This business is so far ahead of its time; it is applying LEAN manufacturing principles with an AGILE iterative product approach making me the Product Owner.
