Finally, don't send bday gifts that require the user to spend $198 to receive the gift (not a gift, and small text disclosures destroy customer trust). Also, pricing strategy would have you reprice at $199. Customisation for a standard guy with few curves to consider is unecessary and doesn't warrant the price. There are also more affordable ethical and sustainable brands to shop from. All the best
