The driver was there to meet us at the arranged time, was friendly and professional and helped us with our cases. The taxi was clean and we were taken to our destination without fuss. We've also used this service in Spain and being able to organise it in advance takes any uncertainty about knowing if you can get transport and knowing how much it might cost.
