“For months, I was struggling to sort things out on my own, and it became incredibly overwhelming. I wasn’t sleeping well and found myself constantly stressed and anxious. When I came across Michael and drew online, I decided to reach out and see if they could help. To my surprise, they replied quickly, which already gave me a sense of relief. What stood out the most was how sincere and attentive they were. They took the time to listen, explain everything in detail, and didn’t rush me or make me feel like a burden. “Being 3rd world always worried whether they will show up or not. These guys are GREAT. Always in touch days before. Our driver was early and text us with photos of his car, plate and himself. Great job. And very reasonable. Highly highly recommend them. Thanks again.”

“Not only did the supplier in Abu Dhabi not turn up, he demanded another 250 AED for a transfer from Abu Dhabi to Dubai Airport, on top of what I had already paid. It's been a week and still no refund. When I enquired about a cancellation for the return journey due to the horrendous experience, the company insisted that this time things would be ok. How wrong was I to trust the supplier sent a driver who had no clue or organisation on how to pick us up and ontop of that the supplier asked for another 200 aed on top of what we paid. Avoid and steer clear, they ruined my holiday.”

“Taxi company rang at midnight to put pressure on us to pay another 250AED for transfer which had already been paid for, for a transfer at 6am. Unable to reach anyone at the company on the emergency number or the UK number, very disappointing will not use this company again. The actual company after trying various means, at 3 least emails, calling the UK number and being in a queue for over 45 mins. All I got by email was we look at compliant and get back to you in 2 weeks. Completely unacceptable, that the taxi company they use in Abu Dhabi pulled such a stunt and this is also the emergency contact, totally useless.”
