“We booked Faro to Carvoiero return, we were late arriving at Faro, thanks to Easy Jet, the taxi driver was still waiting for us at the airport and was most pleasant, no problem with us being late, helped us with our suitcase, unlike taxi driver at Norwich station. Similar service for our return journey, all good, can’t be faulted.”

“I’d love to give them 5 stars because we have used their transport services numerous times over our month long trip to Italy. However, we spent a ridiculous amount of money to drive a large party (nearly 20 people) via bus from down the coast to a new city. During the drive the driver was pleasant and on time for pickup, but he drove well below the speed limit the whole drive adding an extra two hours to the drive. He also would not turn the AC on despite us requesting several times. When he did finally turn it on he set it to the lowest mode and opened his window letting all the cool air escape. It felt like 6 hours in an oven. I don’t want one bad experience to ruin anyone’s opinion of this company as they do a great job providing convenient transport across different areas, but they do need to turn on the AC.”

“Our plane was delayed but our driver was there waiting for us as arranged. He was very helpful and polite, and liaised with our destination host in the local language to jelp us locate the hard to find property. Great job!”

“Pisa to Lucca journey was excellent. Our flight was over 2 hours late and thankfully the driver was still there. Brilliant. Unfortunately on the way back the driver had been told to pick us up at Pisa Airport. Thankfully when he saw there were no flights at 8am he Whatsapped me and then realised his bosses mistake and hotfooted it over to Lucca and still managed to pick us up at 8am. Both drivers and cars were excellent.”

“They are reasonably priced and communicated regularly with us before and during the trip. The drivers have been helpful and cars clean and accommodating. We travel often and it is often difficult to rely on online travel options - this one is great!”

“I was extremely satisfied with the services provided by the driver (Didar) in Almaty and the driver (Azamat) in Bishkek. They were punctual and polite. They guided me all both ways from Almaty to Bishkek and back from Bishkek to Almaty. Special not to make for Didar, the driver in Almaty, that he had maintained his car in tip top condition - clean and comfy.”

“Service malhonnete et tres tres cher Je suis tres mécontent des services de city-airport-taxis : mon avion a ete retarde de 2 heures, le chauffeur n'a pas voulu attendre alors que je l'avais prévenu, et city-airport-taxis n'a pas pu envoyer d'autre taxi. Résultat, je n'ai pas eu de taxi a l'arrivée, et city-airport-taxi a refuse de me rembourser car le retard n'etait pas de leur faute (il n'est pas de la mienne non plus !). Leur service ne sert vraiment a rien, et en plus le prix etait de 75€ alors que sur place j'ai finalement eu un taxi pour 25€ !!!! Fuyez leur service, il y a certainement plus honnête comme société de VTC la ou vous allez.”
