Total sham of a company. They farm out rides from their base in London which we learned after the fact. 100% pre pay with no customer service when calling, just a voice mail. Email request was responded to 7 hours later, only to tell me they have no refund options, but feel free to cancel and rebook for an additional fee.
Ended up going with an alternative for 2/3 the price.
