“Didn’t show up causing significant inconvenience for my wife and my daughter who was on crutches. We booked from Scuol to Zürich Airport (about 3 hour trip). They charged my card right away, but took a long time to confirm (I had to send a reminder email), then no one showed up. I called only to hear a long story that didn’t make sense. Just so we don’t miss our flight, my family had to take train that has many stops/transfers so there is a struggle along a partially immobile child and suitcases. I wonder if they have a good control over places outside of London or U.K or on long journeys. They did process the refund.”

“Proceso de reserva ágil y eficiente. Se puede pagar en línea por adelantado, o en efectivo al chofer luego de realizado el traslado, lo cual resulta muy conveniente. El servicio de traslado fue realizado en una van confortable y limpia y el chofer realizó un buen trabajo, eligiendo la ruta más conveniente, realizando un manejo seguro y colaborando con la carga y descraga del equipaje. Recomendable sin dudas.”

“Very easy to book online, driver was waiting, very professional and friendly, helped us with our bags (we had a lot of luggage, a dog crate and a dog). Did not request the dog to sit in the crate, was happy for her to sit at my feet. Would highly recommend.”

“Terrible experience with this company. I made an airport transfer reservation the day before travel. They “claimed” to send me an email which I never received, but no one bothered to try calling me, thus I had no contact information. When I arrived at the airport no one was there. We looked and looked, nothing. Finally we ended up having to take other transport home, and on the way back I finally got a text message saying the driver was waiting! I told them I had left half an hour ago and to cancel. City Airport Taxis refused to believe me — they kept asking to see proof that I tried to contact them, insisting that they sent an email, and saying it was my responsibility to contact the driver (even though I had no one to contact!) The 3rd email was particularly rude: The supplier did not agree to the refund as the service was made available to you, the message was delivered to you as the evidence shows and you did not open it, but that is, of course, your responsibility to open it and check the details you have inserted and everything you need for your transfer. You agreed to the terms and conditions and everything was arranged as per the booked details. The flight was monitored for delays, the driver was sent accordingly when the flight arrived, contacted you around 20 minutes after the flight arrived but you had already left without calling them and it is your responsibility to call the supplier if you cannot locate the driver, before getting another transport. We apologize but everything was arranged accordingly and the supplier does not agree to a refund. Basically accused me of lying instead of admitting that they should have just called me earlier. I’m extremely upset and will never use this service again.”

“I red as usual the bad reviews first, there is about 11% of those . But there is much more of the positive. So, I was very curious about my chances. I landed in Lanzarote with 30 min delay. When I came out with the luggage there was a big man with a big signs with my name. He took my trolley and soon we were in the car. Bigger than expected. So, what more could I ask for? Booking on line was smooth. Payment too. Travel info confirmed and complete. 24 h before landing there was a remainder in my mobile and confirmation that all was well. I can understand that in some places people may have bad experiences. This on line agent may not be able to control all local associates and drivers so 10 % of bad luck is not so bad, unless you are the victim. I was not, fortunately. I don’t think that calling this agent a scammer, as someone here do, is justified. Probably they could do more to validate their drivers to avoid no show situations. For some travelers, no show can be a big drama, if they have tight schedules, for others it can be just irritating. When traveling it is always good to have a plan B. I had, but all went well. Taking into consideration rate of no shows reported here, I would be careful when booking for a critical trip, otherwise I would give City Airport taxis another chance.”

“Price was good probably slightly cheaper than paying for an unbooked taxi at the airport .. driver was there 1st person with board with my name as we came out of arrivals .. i have spent up to and over half an hour at busy times queuing at the taxi rank in the past .. Return driver was actually a few minutes early .. both drivers very friendly and professional .. highly recommend the company .. thanks city spot on 👍”
