“We exited the ship and our driver Robert was standing there with a nicely printed sign. I had received an email earlier telling me his name would be Robert. I called his name and he came over to grab our bags. His vehicle was spacious and clean. I want to add he was early. The ride was wonderful with privacy and if we had questions he had answers. Highly recommend this service and Robert.”

“Only booked this 2 days before and it was simple and easy to do. I received a text to say the driver was there and as soon as we walked exited customs there he was holding out a sign with our name on. Vehicle was parked a couple of minutes walk away, water was waiting in there for us. Driver changed routes to avoid traffic and got us to our destination. Really good value for money and took away any hassle of trying to find the taxi rank and queuing up after the flight.”

“I do NOT recommend this service. Not only I lost time and money, my personal information is at risk, and they became unresponsive. The car didn't pick me up on the scheduled day. After 40 minutes or so, I was finally able to get an answer from the Emergency Number provided. They said that City Airport Taxis had sent them an email the day before cancelling the trip. They recommended I hired someone else because they were not able to pick me up. I had to hire someone else on the spot, and pay them a similar amount of money. Two and a half hours after the pick up time, City Airport Taxis sent me an e-mail "confirming" that I had cancelled the trip. All they were able to show as "proof" was a request sent from their own website, with information that only them and the local provider had. I asked them to refund the money I paid for the service they didn't provide, and to delete all my information from their servers since it is obvious to me they are not protecting it as they should. Losing time and money is not fun, but knowing that they have my personal data and somehow criminals were able to get hold of it, is very scary. They said that they are going to investigate. It has been three weeks since their last reply. So far, no refund, and no proof that my information has been deleted.”

“Je regrette un peu que la transaction ne puisse pas se faire dans plusieurs langues( la langue locale par exemple) Sinon le chauffeur était à l’heure mais n’a pas pu s’arrêter devant la maison, j’ai reçu un appel en anglais que je n’ai pas tout compris et j’ai du chercher la voiture. Après le chauffeur est une personne très agréable le voyage était parfait. Je suis très contente du service”

“Shuttle Punta Umbria (Spain) to Faro airport (Portugal) : the driver coming from Portugal was a bit in delay (I understood because he has to leave home very early in the morning - likely before 5:00 AM). I phoned to the emergency number, got answer that the driver will arrive soon with a big car (van) for 3 persons. we were on-time for the flight. We were happy with the service and recommend Cityairporttaxis.”

“Easy booking process, nice car and smooth transfer from the cruiseport to an airport hotel. We arrived a bit earlier than expected, but got in touch via their WhatsApp account and they were very responsive & notified the driver that he could arrive earlier, which he was able to. Overall great experience and value for money!”

“Our driver Anthony was wonderful! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and a great driver. We had a great time chatting and sharing as we drove to Paris and it was like having your best friend drive you to the airport! He did a great job maneuvering the Paris traffic and pointing out places of interest along the way. The journey seemed to fly by thanks to his wonderful driving and personality. We would definitely recommend using this service. We had not used this service before but are SO glad we did!”

“Overall a wonderful experience from booking to pick up. I was concerned the may not be able to contact me as I had a new SIM and phone number but the called me on what's app to try to find me, so very reassuring. The driver was lovely, friendly and helpful and the car clean. Just one minor issue. I had arranged for the payment and given my credit cards details and to my surprise the driver asked if I wanted to give a tip. I was a little taken back and felt rude not to (K thought this may have been common practice here in London, so I added a tip ( he was a great driver I felt after all) but did not expect that and was put on the spot. The company did call to check (about the tip)with a phone call later (which was fantastic and amazingly professional) and apparently it is not common practice and drivers should never do this. Despite this hiccup , I would not hesitate to recommend them and I am a very highly critical person who expects impeccable service. I would definitely recommend the and I will use them again. Thank you.”

“Everything was excellent. Got a phone call from them to inquire about our arrival time since we were late. -The only thing that wasn't clear was we arrived 30 minutes late and we were charged an extra 15 euros - I think that was a fair price, I just didnt understand that was the policy. The website said the driver would wait up to an hour, but it wasn't clear that we would be charged if we were late. Otherwise, everything went perfectly. I would use them again but I would like to know what the charges would be if we were 5 minutes late, 15, 30 minutes, etc.”
