“We ALLWAYS book with city airport taxis they are so reliable very courteous and so friendly. They are very efficient confirmation of booking. We were held up in customs and the driver called to make sure we were OK and he will still be outside waiting for us AWSUM SERVICE can't recommend HIGHLY ENOUGH thank you again. Stanley and Ruth.”

“Super service! Confirmed my booking with listener number and phone number a few days before, picked up early early, and even had driver come back when one of our people left their phone in the car. 10/10 recommend.”

“I would like to complain as neither of our transfers arrived this is a joke I paid for this, rang the emergency line and nobody answers I complained last week and it took almost a week for ye to reply and now you tell me to wait another 10 days I want a full refund now and a reply within the next 2 days because this has been an awful experience and has cost us more money because we had to rush and order taxis when our driver never showed up”

“Booking was quick and easy. Communication was excellent. We used the service for airport pickup and return. The drivers for both trips were waiting for us at the appointed time and location and very professional. We would definitely recommend this company and will use them again.”

“arrived at the airport and was picked up as soon as we walked out , at the hotel 20 minutes later 👍👍 day of pickup arrived at the hotel on time , staff were polite and friendly 😀 definitely recommend this company 😀”

“This company is incredible. We got into the wrong car and only realised after driving for half an hour so had to return to the airport. Our driver waited for us to return back to the airport and then got us to a our destination. They went above and beyond to sort out problem out. Thank you.”

“Wonderful service. I flew from london to Brisbane and I knew my driver would be there as he had made Contact a few days before explaining exactly where to meet him. It took any stress away knowing he was waiting and I just had to get off the plane and get into the cab. Excellent service - really recommend it. Definitely will use again. Driver was polite and knowledgable. Thanks! 👍😎”

“Punctual and courteous driver, very helpful when our timings were changed on collection. On departure I left some luggage by mistake and he went back to the hotel without complaint or additional charge. Very happy, would definitely use this company again. Highly recommended.”

“My flights got cancelled, but Giorgio picked me up on time, took me to my hotel and came back the next morning. Different airport, different airline - no problem! He was so lovely and thoughtful. Definitely a positive experience even with the travel complication. Highly impressed.”
