“This service is excellent. The booking was simple. The communication from our driver, Matteo, the day before pickup was great. The car was clean and luxurious and our driver was very good. It is great value for money and I would highly recommend this service.”

“My flights got cancelled, but Giorgio picked me up on time, took me to my hotel and came back the next morning. Different airport, different airline - no problem! He was so lovely and thoughtful. Definitely a positive experience even with the travel complication. Highly impressed.”

“Booked from Cairns Airport to Trinity Beach. I was expecting a local taxi service but when payment was made, I was charged an international transaction fee. I received email confirmation one day prior to each pickup which was reassuring. On pickup, the vehicles were also marked as Uber. Couldn’t fault the driver or vehicle as they were both good and on time. However, made me think if it might have been better if booked directly with Uber.”

“Our driver arrived exactly on time to take us to Mahon airport from our villa in Menorca. He was extremely courteous and the vehicle was in great condition with leather seats. It’s always stressful trying to get to the airport on time but thanks to this company our trip was a breeze. There is a shortage of taxis in Menorca at the moment so I’m thrilled we found this excellent service. Top notch! Will use again.”

“Was picked up at Bari Airport for our daughters wedding in Matera and then again for our return journey. The drivers name was Nino he was absolutely brilliant and so professional. Highly recommend him.”

“We booked a taxi from Rome C airport to our eurocamp, didn’t pay in advance. Our flight was delayed by an hour and a half. Taxi driver was waiting for us when we arrived with a big clear name board. Gave us time to pop to the toilet and then helped us with our bags to the car. Car was lovely and clean, with air-con. Great service. Would use again.”

“I used their services a few times in the past and more recently in July 2022 from Prague to Brno and from Brno to Vienna. This time me and my wife had our 2 years old with us so we decided not to take public transport or rent a car but just sit down, relax (or at least try :) ) and enjoy the ride. Booking the service was easy, driver showed up on time and contacted me via whatsapp before the pickup time, cars were in good conditions and clean. Definitely recommended.”

“As O2 are my mobile provider and do not support any service outside the EU I figured out that the only way I could communicate with Cityairporttaxis was to add them to Wattsapp. Which was perfect! I used it to confirm that we were experiencing a delay to our arrival flight and it worked perfectly. They responded and confirmed our new arrival time. The transfer was quick and painless. On our return they arrived in plenty of time for the increased security checks we had to go through at Bodrum airport. All in all I couldn’t fault them. Good service at a very reasonable price.”

“I was pleased with the service and the communications by City-Airport-Taxis. They provided quick responses to my request for a reservation, prompt communications when I had to change my reservation, confirmations by e-mail at each step, and morning update from our driver. He was professional and courteous, and delivered us to Malpensa Airport earlier than was estimated.”
