Service malhonnete et tres tres cher Je suis tres mécontent des services de city-airport-taxis : mon avion a ete retarde de 2 heures, le chauffeur n'a pas voulu attendre alors que je l'avais prévenu, et city-airport-taxis n'a pas pu envoyer d'autre taxi. Résultat, je n'ai pas eu de taxi a l'arrivée, et city-airport-taxi a refuse de me rembourser car le retard n'etait pas de leur faute (il n'est pas de la mienne non plus !). Leur service ne sert vraiment a rien, et en plus le prix etait de 75€ alors que sur place j'ai finalement eu un taxi pour 25€ !!!! Fuyez leur service, il y a certainement plus honnête comme société de VTC la ou vous allez.

City Airport Taxis (WEBY Ltd.) is only an agent. They do not guarantee the transfer costs as agreed, even if it is prepaid. Prior to our group travel to Courmayeur in February 2024 we arranged for pickup at Genève airport for 9 persons. The agreed price was 1255 Euros for transport to Courmayeur and return a few days later. The transfer down went very well even including some flight delays. On the day of return, we were informed by City Airport Taxis that their supplier had cancelled due to problems with their vehicle and we were presented an alternative option with a new supplier. However, we had to pay an additional 572 Euros due to short notice. When we protested, we got the option to cancel the return to the airport and get a refund. We had no real option other than accept the new offer since we had a flight in Genève to catch. We complained to Bookings and all we got was an “apology for the inconvenience” from WEBY Ltd. Our recommendation is to avoid this company and seek to make agreements directly with the suppliers. In any case, be aware that the only service they offer is to connect you with drivers and arrange for payments.

The driver did not turn up to collect me, I sent him a msg he did not answer, I phoned him no answer, I contacted the office and left a message I was met with most disgusting attitude calling me a liar saying I did not turn up I have all the proof to show, I will never youse your service again you made me late for my connection train to Barcelona disgusting people. (DO NOT USE)

I do NOT recommend this service. Not only I lost time and money, my personal information is at risk, and they became unresponsive. The car didn't pick me up on the scheduled day. After 40 minutes or so, I was finally able to get an answer from the Emergency Number provided. They said that City Airport Taxis had sent them an email the day before cancelling the trip. They recommended I hired someone else because they were not able to pick me up. I had to hire someone else on the spot, and pay them a similar amount of money. Two and a half hours after the pick up time, City Airport Taxis sent me an e-mail "confirming" that I had cancelled the trip. All they were able to show as "proof" was a request sent from their own website, with information that only them and the local provider had. I asked them to refund the money I paid for the service they didn't provide, and to delete all my information from their servers since it is obvious to me they are not protecting it as they should. Losing time and money is not fun, but knowing that they have my personal data and somehow criminals were able to get hold of it, is very scary. They said that they are going to investigate. It has been three weeks since their last reply. So far, no refund, and no proof that my information has been deleted.

I had a highly disappointing experience with City Airport taxis during my recent trip from Vienna Airport to the city. Despite requesting a child seat for my infant, it was not provided, putting my child's safety at risk. As a result, I had to arrange alternative transportation. When I contacted their emergency line, I was given a false explanation regarding the absence of the child seat. The situation was worsened by the fact that the company only refunded me half the price of the ride, which is insufficient given the inconvenience and potential danger caused by their negligence. I strongly advise against using City Airport Taxis Their failure to prioritize customer requests, ensure passenger safety, and provide a reasonable refund is unacceptable. I recommend finding a more reliable and customer-oriented transportation option instead.

Didn’t show up causing significant inconvenience for my wife and my daughter who was on crutches. We booked from Scuol to Zürich Airport (about 3 hour trip). They charged my card right away, but took a long time to confirm (I had to send a reminder email), then no one showed up. I called only to hear a long story that didn’t make sense. Just so we don’t miss our flight, my family had to take train that has many stops/transfers so there is a struggle along a partially immobile child and suitcases. I wonder if they have a good control over places outside of London or U.K or on long journeys. They did process the refund.

Terrible experience with this company. I made an airport transfer reservation the day before travel. They “claimed” to send me an email which I never received, but no one bothered to try calling me, thus I had no contact information. When I arrived at the airport no one was there. We looked and looked, nothing. Finally we ended up having to take other transport home, and on the way back I finally got a text message saying the driver was waiting! I told them I had left half an hour ago and to cancel. City Airport Taxis refused to believe me — they kept asking to see proof that I tried to contact them, insisting that they sent an email, and saying it was my responsibility to contact the driver (even though I had no one to contact!) The 3rd email was particularly rude: The supplier did not agree to the refund as the service was made available to you, the message was delivered to you as the evidence shows and you did not open it, but that is, of course, your responsibility to open it and check the details you have inserted and everything you need for your transfer. You agreed to the terms and conditions and everything was arranged as per the booked details. The flight was monitored for delays, the driver was sent accordingly when the flight arrived, contacted you around 20 minutes after the flight arrived but you had already left without calling them and it is your responsibility to call the supplier if you cannot locate the driver, before getting another transport. We apologize but everything was arranged accordingly and the supplier does not agree to a refund. Basically accused me of lying instead of admitting that they should have just called me earlier. I’m extremely upset and will never use this service again.

I would like to complain as neither of our transfers arrived this is a joke I paid for this, rang the emergency line and nobody answers I complained last week and it took almost a week for ye to reply and now you tell me to wait another 10 days I want a full refund now and a reply within the next 2 days because this has been an awful experience and has cost us more money because we had to rush and order taxis when our driver never showed up

e mail sent to City Taxis 19 days ago - still no response. DO NOT USE - UNRELIABLE My friend and I booked a return trip with your company as you were recommended. We booked a pick up at 19.00 on the 18th May from Estepona to Malaga airport. At 19.12 I was concerned as the taxi did not turn up. I phoned 3 times and was just cut off. My friend then called from her mobile the call was answered and we were told the taxi was on it's way and would be 5 or 10 mins. Again the taxi did not arrive. I phoned the office in the UK and was told to phone the emergency number. Between 18.16 and 18.44 I phoned a further 9 times and was either cut off or informed the taxi was on the way. At 18.42 I received a text from your company which said 'you go in the taxi not wait more the adrees is close speak for my the driver'. I did not understand the message. I thought he was saying get another taxi. Eventually a taxi turned up from Estepona taxis and took to the airport and the price was 83 euros. We waited 53 minutes. Thankfully, I had booked the taxi a bit earlier as we were advised to turn up at the airport 3 hours before with Easy jet due to the chaos at the airport. Additionally, my friend is recovering from a broken leg and we needed more time. Furthermore, we arrived at Malaga airport 11th May. The driver was polite, friendly and punctual. When we arrived at our destination he said the fare was 87 euros, we were quoted 83 euros I informed him of this and he was adamant it was 87. The amount was not on the e ticket so I could not show him proof. We gave him 90 as we were going to tip anyway. But it made us feel uncomfortable that he asked for more money than we were quoted. The whole experience with your company has been stressful and totally unacceptable. We normally take the public bus which is far cheaper and reliable, but due to my friend's mobility issues it was necessary to take a taxi. I am extremely disappointed with your unreliable service and would like an explanation as to what happened and why I was not contacted on my mobile if there were problems. I would appreciate an early response.

We booked a taxi to meet us at Zagreb. It was not there when we arrived. We called the two emergency numbers provided. Only one answered and he said he would sort it out and get back to us - he didn't and didn't answer the phone again. We called the UK helpline - took over 10 minutes to get to speak to someone. She said she would ring them and get back to us - she didn't. We tried all 3 contacts provided multiple times but got no help at all. It is bad enough not having the taxi there but to then have no response from all the contact numbers provided is completely unacceptable. We wasted an hour waiting before getting a taxi from the rank. Do not use this service in Zagreb.

They advertise as taxi supplier and website on which you are making reservations for desired vehicles. In reality they withdraw your money and later send that they can't find supplier for that price, so they have sent me a link to make extra pay which increased the price for 65%. Insane. I wouldn't reccomend to any.

Pre-booked, prepaid taxi never turned up at Tenerife South Airport. Their agent in the airport said that City Airport Taxis were preadvised that no vehicles were available, but they offered, sold and charged me for the service booked. Furthermore, they refuse to refund me the cost of a replacement taxi, despite being told by their Tenerife office that they would do so. DO NOT USE

We had made a reservation, but oud flight schedule changed. We tried to change the pick-up time with the driver, but he shouted that he was busy and would not listen. So then we tried to reach the Back-Office, but were unable to. Every time we tried, there was a long phone-queu and we were thrown out after some waiting-time. Therefore we were forced to make other arrangements, since it is impossible to change the reservation afterwards, from the received mail. After explaining this in mail, we were still fully charged for the cab-fare. We are never going to use this service again and advise anyone else not to do so as well.

Taxi didn't show up or contact me. Tried to contact this company for an hour with no success. Ended up stranded at the airport for 2 hours as no taxis or Ubers were available. AWFUL service. Still haven't responded to my emails. No refund.

Having just traveled 22 hours from Manila to Geneva I was just looking forward to getting home. Having received confirmation of payment from this company I understood all was in order. No. There was no driver and no notification of such until I called to ask where my driver was. This is not the first time they've canceled as I'm on my way but I thought I'd try them again. DON'T USE THEM

We return 16th of October from Liverpool City Center to Manchester Airport. For us it was terribly important that there were child seats in the car and we chose City Airport Taxis because they gave us a confirmation that this was not going to be a problem. But at the return, when we were picked up in Liverpool, there were no seats in the car. There was no time to order another taxi with child seats, so we had no other choice than to drive with our 2 year old and 7 year old child on the highway from Liverpool to Manchester without child seats. Although the driver drove as carefully as he could, the situation caused us a lot of distress as we knew that our children would not stand a chance if there were an accident. It is very disappointing that we had to put the children at risk and that City Airport Taxis didn't keep what they promise. This is simply not good enough.

The taxi driver sent to collect us at the airport spoke very little English. On arrival at our hotel the driver became very aggressive demanding we pay him despite the fact that this was a pre-paid transfer! Not content with this he accused our party of stealing his iPad which he then proceeded to find under his seat. The company advertises safe and stress free transfers but this was anything but. After continuing to act in an aggressive manner he threatened to call the police which we were happy for him to do as we knew that we had already paid. Eventually we had to walk away to the safety of our hotel as we were very uncomfortable with the drivers behaviour. The company admitted the error but offered no recompense for the distress caused and it appears the driver has told blatant lies to his employers. No way we'll ever use this company again as they appear happy enough to utilise companies that send aggressive drivers to pick up people. Very very poor response to our concerns
