We arranged a car with a toddler car seat from the Milan airport to Lake Como but the driver arrived without one. Instead, he attempted to persuade us to get in the car anyway, saying he would pay tickets if we were pulled over. It took a hour and he eventually said someone else could pick us up 3 hours late (after a long international flight). This was clearly unsafe and creepy. We opted to get another taxi at the airport and were assured we would receive a refund. We have yet to receive one despite communication saying it will arrive (over a month later).
