“Having just traveled 22 hours from Manila to Geneva I was just looking forward to getting home. Having received confirmation of payment from this company I understood all was in order. No. There was no driver and no notification of such until I called to ask where my driver was. This is not the first time they've canceled as I'm on my way but I thought I'd try them again. DON'T USE THEM”

“We return 16th of October from Liverpool City Center to Manchester Airport. For us it was terribly important that there were child seats in the car and we chose City Airport Taxis because they gave us a confirmation that this was not going to be a problem. But at the return, when we were picked up in Liverpool, there were no seats in the car. There was no time to order another taxi with child seats, so we had no other choice than to drive with our 2 year old and 7 year old child on the highway from Liverpool to Manchester without child seats. Although the driver drove as carefully as he could, the situation caused us a lot of distress as we knew that our children would not stand a chance if there were an accident. It is very disappointing that we had to put the children at risk and that City Airport Taxis didn't keep what they promise. This is simply not good enough.”

“Last week I have perfect transfer service in Sardinia from Cagliari airport to our hotel and return trip. I would like to say many thanks to our extremely nice driver Alberto. He was waiting for us at the airport and come back to collect us on time for our return journey. He drove smoothly and safely. Vehicle was clean and comfortable and we arrived at airport in good time. He was also very friendly and gave me lots of information about the areas in Sardinia. Everything was perfect. Many thanks for the great service. Jolanta”

“This is the second time I've used this company for my holiday transfers, both Naples airport To Sorrento. Driver was easy to spot at airport, friendly and helpful. Bang on time for the return trip as well. Will be using again.”

“The only problem was the driver carrying my name sign was standing little faraway from the arrival area so I thought he did not come and I was going to leave and finally I noticed him on my way out. . The driver, the vehicle and timings were perfect.”
