“Service excellent, previous evening reminder and driver called pre pick up time. Driver arrived on time at cruise terminal and was very friendly, helpful and courteous. Would definitely use again, thanks.”

“We booked a taxi to meet us at Zagreb. It was not there when we arrived. We called the two emergency numbers provided. Only one answered and he said he would sort it out and get back to us - he didn't and didn't answer the phone again. We called the UK helpline - took over 10 minutes to get to speak to someone. She said she would ring them and get back to us - she didn't. We tried all 3 contacts provided multiple times but got no help at all. It is bad enough not having the taxi there but to then have no response from all the contact numbers provided is completely unacceptable. We wasted an hour waiting before getting a taxi from the rank. Do not use this service in Zagreb.”

“The driver was waiting in the arrivals hall with my name clearly displayed. He took the suitcases and we were soon at the car. The car was an e-class Mercedes clean and tidy. It was a smooth ride to Sorrento and the driver was friendly, and courteous. Excellent service. I would highly recommend them. Sensible pricing as well.”

“Had a short trip to Albufeira and needed transfers to and from airport. City Airport Taxis we’re the best value at the time. They emailed meeting arrangements on booking. They do ask what time you want your return journey not time of flight so we picked three hours before. When we landed the taxi driver phoned straight away and said where he would meet us. The journey was fine and we arrived at the hotel an hour after landing, Brilliant. On return the driver picked us up right on time. There was an accident on the motorway and we did start to stress a bit as the traffic was awful. Luckily the driver new several short cuts and managed to get us there just a few minutes later than expected. Big shout out to the drivers they are very professional”

“Overall very good service - but our flight was delayed and I spent ages trying to phone all numbers to try to let them know - but just music and ‘your call is important to us…’ messages. However the driver had been held up in traffic getting to the airport so actually arrived about the same time we did. Good service from staff at airport managing bookings an the driver.”

“We had an airport pick up in Naples to hotel driver waiting with name on card, very courteous driver and spotlessly clean vehicle email before pick up stating again where pick up point was appreciated the constant updates with contacts etc.. we used this company once again for transfer to airport for our transfer to Marco Polo Airport and again what’s app message with map of designated pick up point driver arrived exactly on time ,very helpful with luggage we are four ladies and really appreciated his help once again lovely and clean plenty of space smooth and comfortable journey would not hesitate to use this company for all my future trips”
