“Very impressed with the service. Easy to book and very prompt and efficient communication to confirm the appointment and the details. The driver (El Mehdi) also sent me a message to confirm prior and was great. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this company for any land transfers in Europe.”

“6 februari 2024 My plane arrived 3 hours later in Faro due to a stopover in Spain after a medical issue. The taxi driver was waiting for me at the Faro Airport, Great job! For the return on februari 27th the taxidriver was 15 minutes earlier than requested, I was very happy with that.”

“City Airport Taxis (WEBY Ltd.) is only an agent. They do not guarantee the transfer costs as agreed, even if it is prepaid. Prior to our group travel to Courmayeur in February 2024 we arranged for pickup at Genève airport for 9 persons. The agreed price was 1255 Euros for transport to Courmayeur and return a few days later. The transfer down went very well even including some flight delays. On the day of return, we were informed by City Airport Taxis that their supplier had cancelled due to problems with their vehicle and we were presented an alternative option with a new supplier. However, we had to pay an additional 572 Euros due to short notice. When we protested, we got the option to cancel the return to the airport and get a refund. We had no real option other than accept the new offer since we had a flight in Genève to catch. We complained to Bookings and all we got was an “apology for the inconvenience” from WEBY Ltd. Our recommendation is to avoid this company and seek to make agreements directly with the suppliers. In any case, be aware that the only service they offer is to connect you with drivers and arrange for payments.”

“Amazing service I booked this for my elderly parents and the driver was excellent didn’t let them lift a finger carried their cases for them and ensured they were safely in the airport building before leaving. We will definitely be using their service again. Thank you so much.”

“Booking made online. Acknowledgement email received. Couldn't find the vehicle at the cheapest prices shown but with a small increase, my booking was made and confirmed. WhatsApp confirmation also done. Day before, another email confirming time and place of meeting. One hour waiting time from plane landing was a little worrying but, not a problem. Same procedure for departure, and they advised changing the pick up time, which was a good idea. I would definitely recommend and use them again, as I had no issues and the price was competitive.”

“Very satisfied with this company. The driver was punctual, the vehicle was clean and we had a very nice conversation on the way to the airport. He also stepped out of the vehicle to greet us and help with our suitcases. I would definitely recommend and will use again. Great job 👍”

“Excellent service at a great price. I had a great chat with Leah on the way to the airport after she picked me up at my hotel bang on time and she made the start of the journey home to a cold and very wintry Scotland really pleasant. I'll definitely use the service again, although I will probably call direct rather than use the App.”

“Excellent service provision from start to finish. Good communications, via email with back up numbers should a problem arise. Our flight was an hour delayed, but once we arrive in the office we were facilitated. Pick up at hotel was punctual and a pleasant transfer took place. I would use this service again.”
