Booked a taxi from France for a family of 5 flying to Rome Fiumicino aiport. Friendly driver was there waiting for us. Insisted on carrying my wife's luggage and loading all our stuff into the car. Drove us to an apartment we had rented via Booking.com on the outskirts of Rome. The landlady was out. Rang her up and waited until she arrived. Refused to be tipped. Said he was just doing his job. A very pleasant welcome indeed. City Aiport Taxis select their taxi companies and drivers well. Will use the service again. Rate was very competitive: 56 Euro for 5 inlcuding taxes and luggage for a long drive. Van was new and clean.
