I booked your service on-line and was extremely impressed with how easy it was. I got confirmation of the booking pending and again when it was confirmed. When we arrived in Venice the driver was there with a name card and when he dropped us off, gave us walking directions to our hotel and on our return to airport, asked us which airline and dropped us at the entrance for that airline. We also received a call to advise us if a slight delay on our collection. Excellent service and value, as cheaper than the taxi rank in Piazzale Roma, will definitely use you again.
