Very satisfied of the service, the car was late at the appointment (20 min) considering that I was travelling with and elderly person and 3 kids.
The problem was solved quickly thanks to the phone assistance which was really great.
A suggestion could be to specifiy the exactly place of the meeting point (which wasn't indicated) with the taxi which also showed no mention of the company name, so it was difficult to understand which was the right car.
A special thanks to the assistance gave us and to the kindnesss of the driver.
