a customer support en english is highly desirable, had to change my reservation (to an earlier pickup) with less of 48 and couldn't do it by myself as I don't speak German, I had to ask hotel front desk for help, but after that, the service was beyond my expectations, driver arrive 5 min earlier and call front desk to check if I was ready. very professional
