We had the benefit of being met and picked up at Abu Dhabi airport. The driver was really helpful and loaded our bags into the car. The ride was very comfortable to the hotel. However, the return journey could not be undertaken as the vehicle was stuck in a jam due to an accident and we had to find our own taxi to the airport. We are expecting a refund of the cancelled journey.
