The booking process was very easy. The driver was waiting outside arrivals with a clear sign. We had to go to one location in Barcelona to pick up keys and then take our luggage to the apartment we were to stay in, this was no problem as we had added this in the special instructions area of the booking form. The return leg to the airport, the driver was on time almost to the second. Both drivers were well dressed, polite and very good drivers. A very good service and I will definitely use them again.
