We were very satisfied both with the ease of booking and the actual service we received. The only one criticism we had was that due to the fact that our train was delayed we nearly missed the driver. We were informed by email but feel that it would have been more satisfactory to have received either a phone call or text message so that we could have informed the driver our position. Also we had given you the train number and we are sure that the time if arrival if the train could have been ascertained. Despite this we would have no problem using your services again and recommending them to our friends.
