Reliable, which is exactly what I hoped. They turned up on time in Barcelona city centre's Palau 11pm as arranged after a show with our young children holding a sign so we could identify in the crowd. I liked the 'notes' section in the booking form as I had asked to stop en route to see the end of the magic fountain music light show. Good option if you are over 4 persons as you cannot hail a cab for 5 persons. A great and safe alternative to a late night train journey with children back to Sitges.
