I actually had the wrong date on my confirmation and did not catch it. I did not see my driver waiting at the airport and called the emergency number, angry that they did not meet me. They pointed out that my date was wrong, but sent a taxi for me anyway. They saved me from my own carelessness, and even got me to my hotel on time to meet my party. Well done!
