Excellent service. Flight was 1 hour late. No problem. He was there. As a courtesy, I did notify company via a-mail from airplane that we would have a late arrival. Vehicle was very clean and new with excellent air conditioning. Although drive spoke little English, there was no communication problem. I have two more pick-ups arranged with this company and will always use them on my trips to Roma.
