This was the first time we had booked a pick up from the Airport and as promised a very nice, smart young gentleman was waiting for us. Quick and efficient - very impressed with our first experience. When we were collected from our hotel for the return journey it was discovered there had been a mix up - all our fault as we put the pick up time and flight time as the same. However, another very smart young man awaited us and had been waiting at our hotel for an hour and a half. Our sincere apologies for the error and for any inconvenience caused -however, the driver waited for us. We would have no hesitation in using your company again and would recommend City Airport Taxis. Well done and thank you for your service.
