This was my first time booking with city airport taxis and I found the site easy to use. Unfortunately I forgot to read and print out instructions on pick up point and waited in the wrong area for nearly an hour I had no phone number so couldn't ring anyone to get information. When I eventually found the meeting point the staff were great and made sure I got to my destination. Myonly complaint was that the bus was a long walk from the meeting point
