Sadly the booking office really seem to let down the usually helpful and friendly drivers (the ones that aren't on speakerphone the entire journey that is)...taxi promised that don't turn up or booked for a certain time well in advance that turn up late, meaning appointments and link up transport missed. It's impossible to book a type of vehicle for say trips to airport or train station requiring extra boot space for luggage. Bookings pushed ahead rather than on first come first served basis, taxi...Sadly after using Club taxis for many years the transition to City taxis has really downgraded this once reliable firm!
