Funny enough you can’t leave a 0 star review. Booked a taxi through the app as I have done before after work to be sat waiting over 40 minutes for a taxi for them to lie to me over the phone and then cancel my taxi as I told them I wanted a time frame on how much longer I had to wait as I wanted to get home after a long shift at work. Also for them to tell me that the money that is pending would take a couple of days to return to my bank so I couldn’t book a taxi through a more reliable taxi company that doesn’t charge you an extra £2 to book. Will definitely never be using them again and recommend that other people don’t use them as they will be waiting ages for them to get a job done
