awful. ordered a taxi, waited outside of pick up location for 20 mins only to be notified that it had been “cancelled” on the tracker text. i called to explain and book another where i was huffed and puffed at by a miserable woman accusing me of giving them the incorrect address. if calls are recorded i advise you take a listen and then a course in active listening. honestly is there no training or do you pride yourself in hiring morons?
