Pre booked a taxi on the app which never showed up. Had to phone up and then wait half am hour. My parents phoned to book a taxi 3 days in advance and it still did not show and when they rang to find out where it was they were told no cars were available. If you pre book then surely a car should be guaranteed. Awful service!
