Good delivery service but the delivery van left a large patch of oil on my drive. Having phoned and told them of the issue they asked for an email with details. This I sent but after two days there was no response so I emailed again the reply was to say they would not deal with me directly but would refer it to Wickes (the company I ordered from and they have a contract with).
Not the service I would expect as they caused the mess.
