I have never bought from a company that is so incompetent in serving their customers. I bought a code in which there is an error with. For 3 weeks I have been trying to get my money back and every single time I ask for it Leanna completely avoids my request and says that her team are working on my case. It does not take 3 weeks to refund a customer. I try to call the company... no one is ever there to answer the call. They are scammers and will do anything to not refund your money. I am happy to provide anyone with evidence as to why NEVER to deal with this company. I am still awaiting a refund. Whatever you do, never ever buy from this company.... if anything goes wrong with your code or order you are screwed. They will just take your money and never communicate properly with you. It feels like I’m speaking to a robot, not even a real person! I could go on forever. I am just upset and annoyed that my money is taken and still not able to enjoy the item I purchased after nearly a month
