“the delivery is and was quick, for half of my order. the other half and the main part is still in cyberspace, the 1/3 of my original order is no good without the other two( precisely one of the other two ) they go together. I don't want a refund I just want my order in full please now coming up to 27hrs later, are the workers in cyberspace too ha ha he he, little joke there. thanks you all”

“Do not recommend! Selling keys you cant use because outdated software doesn't allow so the key is pretty much useless! Refund process seems to be a nightmare also so won't be using them again!”

“I received the wrong key and it took quite a long time to sort out. On the positive side, they did process a full refund when I requested it instead of store credit. Overall okay service in the end, but the initial problem and the delay were frustrating.”

“I paid for a psn download code for the ps5 version of AC black flag resynced. I was instead given a psn account which I tried to email and get sorted but kept getting the same email asking for a screenshot of the error. Waited all weekend to get sorted which it didn't so I decided to try it and then found out it won't work on my ps portal which is the reason I bought it so now I can't use it as I wanted to. I'll now have to purchase it again from PlayStation so I can play on my portal as I can't get the issue resolved.”
