“They supplied a key without the installer, a volume license key. contacted support, and they are basically tough luck, we want you to jump through hoops to provide a refund, when it is clear in their own order confirmation advert, what they sold, didnt have a matching download link. Yet its down to me to spend 1-2 hours downloading software from their slow mirror, Uninstall the second software i purchased, Install this broken software, or attempt to, then uninstall and reinstall the correct one. Sorry, But No. Logic guys. You sell a standard edition software, your links do not contain a standard installer. this is open and shut, give me my refund. I shouldnt have to go through all the above when 1+1 doesnt equal 2.”

“the delivery is and was quick, for half of my order. the other half and the main part is still in cyberspace, the 1/3 of my original order is no good without the other two( precisely one of the other two ) they go together. I don't want a refund I just want my order in full please now coming up to 27hrs later, are the workers in cyberspace too ha ha he he, little joke there. thanks you all”

“Do not recommend! Selling keys you cant use because outdated software doesn't allow so the key is pretty much useless! Refund process seems to be a nightmare also so won't be using them again!”
