“Had a problem with my account becoming unlicensed - absolutely fantastic service from CJS - initial suggestion didn't work but replacement key did the trick - my email was sent today (Saturday) late afternoon and I received a reply within minutes and am now set up once again. Would highly recommend these guys :)”

“La experiencia con esta website ha sido fantástica. Tenía ciertas dudas a la hora de adquirir sus productos pero viendo los comentarios de otros clientes me animé y compré sus productos. Los precios son muy buenos y la atención al cliente es inmejorable. Tuve un problema en el momento de recibir mi compra y les envié un correo informando de la incidencia. Rápidamente (en menos de cinco minutos) recibí respuesta personalizada con la ayuda necesaria para resolver el problema, problema que nunca fué de CJS sino mío que no entendí cómo iba a recibir mi producto; en la web vi después que claramente informa cómo se entrega el producto y las instrucciones para su descarga e instalación. Horas después se interesaron para saber si había podido descargar mi producto. Por todo ello, CJS es una website totalmente recomendable y sin duda volveré a comprar en otra ocasión.”
