“I bought office 2024 and was expecting my code instantly, unfortunatly when i went to collect it i was informed it was on back order. Ususally this is sorted out between 2 to 12hrs. The next day i contacted CJS CD Keys customer service asking if they could resolve the issue. I got a fast repsonse and an apology and later that day i got an email stating my key was ready to collect. Other than the delay i had a smooth experience and i am very happy with my purchace.”

“I have had some issues with some bad keys but for the most part I get what I came for. They have resolved almost all of my complaints professionally and honestly. I will keep using them for our inhouse projects. While I cant do 5 stars, I think 4 stars is fair for a company that resolves the issues it has. Could be faster, but they do get resolved.”
