“I once bought a Tinder subscription after two days it stopped working. Another time, I bought a code for Windows 11 Pro, but it turned out you can’t upgrade from Home to Pro the code was useless. The support is a joke – after three months they suddenly replied to my ticket; every time it’s a different person replying. I’ll never buy anything from this site again it’s a shame. money and nerves”

“My experience is one of extreme frustration. I have purchased MS Office keys from CJS in the past and struggled with them but eventually managed to get them working. I am a casual computer user and the steps I'm being asked to take (like uninstalling things, clearing caches, attempting to download things that refuse to open) has been one of the most timeconsuming and frustrating exercises I've been through in a good while. I will make one more and yet another attempt to get this MS Office on my new pc. But if that fails I will begin a discussion that the product is not fit for purpose (to a normal member of the public and not a computer expert) and see how that is received.”
