“Fue una pésima experiencia. Pasé más de un mes tratando de que me dieran un reembolso por una licencia que no funcionaba, y dieron muchísimas largas. Pidieron información que ya había entregado. Una pésima experiencia para este tipo de transacciones, que deberían ser rápidas. Deberían creer lo que uno dice y no pedir que uno pruebe 10 veces lo que ya aprobó desde el primer instante.”

“I am writting this review as i am currently experiencing an issue with an antivirus program. The personel at cjs keys are very helpful, even in the late hrs of the day. Now, you can't fault this help. I discover that companies dont like us buying keys, they prefer us in a subscription, and sometimes you might not find what you are looking for. Cjs have offered change of key or product. Follow the instructions carefully and you wouldn't have any problems buying from cjs”

“Bought what was clearly advertised as a “Steam Key” and received a Steam gift link instead. I had to open the link simply to verify the product type, and support now claims it cannot be refunded immediately because it was “used”. Misleading listing, unfair refund policy application, and very poor customer service. I would strongly advise buyers to be careful before purchasing from this website.”

“I bought 7 of the £1.99 Random Mystery steam key which said i would get a game priced between £9.99-£39.99 and i had recieved 3/7 games which where in that price range. The other 4 where, 1 was a duplicate code, 1 game is not even on steam, 1 game is free on steam, and 1 was priced at £4.99. I could definitely bump up my rating if the customer service is good enough, but I had a problem with them last month and it took 30 days to put store credits into my account even though they said it would be put back into my account.”

“Worst company ever don't use guys !!! First gave me a key that already had been activated. Took a week to refund my money in store credit. So tried again and second key wasn't the game in which I purchased. Don't use ! These guys are thieves and criminals.”
