“I purchased an Office 2024 Standard key and the whole experience was excellent. The price was much cheaper and the delivery was incredibly fast. The installation and activation went smoothly. I’m very impressed with the service, value for money, and reliability of CJS CD Keys.”

“Everything went wrong. The game i orderd wasnt available AFTER I BOUGHT IT I asked The Support and Had to wait multiple days to get a refund... But Not to my bank Account but my Account Balance. Well Then when i tried to use The Balance and search for a new Game, the search functions were really Buggy and when i tried to Checkout The Website crashed and i Just got an Error Message. The Support replied to that, thats unsual and i have to come Back later. Wirst experience ever... I will never come back”

“ordered 3 year MCAFEE said would take 12 hrs max kept asking for an update then order was cancelled !!!! i was told to keep looking at web for new stock (it still states 12 hrs on web) any way ive now ordered 2 year see what happens”

“Today I’m very disappointed with CJS. There was a moment when my account got blocked. I started looking for other places to buy from, and honestly the main reason I like your site is because I can pay with PayPal. I was already about to buy somewhere else, but I decided to check one more time to see if I had been unblocked. What a shame. There is nowhere to talk to anyone. No live chat, no real support, no way to ask what actually happened. On top of that, the system kept trying to push another program on me — some game or software I never wanted to buy. Every time I tried to remove it, I got errors, and in the end it kicked me out completely. Now I have another problem: I bought Windows and Office, but I only received links or options to download Office. There is nowhere to download Windows itself. What is going on? Should I start preparing for the possibility that your company won’t even be around anymore? Are you shutting down? This is my honest review. It’s not a good one. I’m extremely angry and frustrated. I lost an unbelievable amount of time because of all this.”

“it's now 7 months since my purchase, M365, and the support team aren't reading the issue I'm having, then they decide to link my issue with that of a previous ticket which they no longer supply - and they keep informing me and informing me and informing me that it's no longer available as some smart alec has tied my purchase with an old enquiry. This was rectified and now another smart alec has tied this issue with an old enquiry. NO-ONE is reading the issue - keep asking me for screen shots, which I have explained repeatedly - NOTHING HAPPENS, I can't send a screen shot of nothing.”
