“I actually had to contact the support twice, since the keys weren't working, but they did not hesitate to help and the issue got sorted! This is the first time I had an issue with a key, but I am happy as the support was quick to react without wasting any time!”

“Been dragging on nearly 6 months trying to install Word and Excel from this company. Computer had to go to a computer company twice to get the install done as I was unable to do myself due to the poor instructions. Cost me more then buying a package from the computer shop.”

“Absolutely terrible service. I bought a. key in 2024 for Coreldraw and it was supposed to be a lifetime perpetual licence. It stopped working. this company told me they could not do anything to help because it was so bought over a year ago. Si much for their promise.if never leaving you without a working key. I contacted Corel to see if they could help and they want me to fill in an anti piracy form. I gave CJS one last try but buying a new key but that was faulty too. They didn't give me my money back but put it into a store credit. I wanted the money back in my bank.”

“I**Misleading product description and frustrating experience** I purchased Battlefield 6 expecting to receive a **Steam Key**, because the product was clearly advertised as **“1x Battlefield 6 Steam Key – Europe & UK.”** There was no clear indication on the product page that this was actually a Steam Altergift or that I would have to provide Steam friend links to receive the game. After the purchase, I was surprised to discover that the delivery method was completely different from what I expected. Support then told me that my order was an **Altergift**, despite the product being advertised as a Steam Key. This is misleading and should have been clearly stated before the purchase. Customers should know exactly what type of product they are buying and how it will be delivered. Very disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend checking the product description and delivery method carefully before purchasing.”

“Due to an error on Microsoft's Windows own home addition as not being reckonized after a main board replacement I required a replacement operating system. CJS CDKEYS made this easy. I was able to purchase a new key for a pro version of Windows. I have been using CJS keys for a few years now, pricing is good, very efficient regarding the availablilty of product purchased, once paid, item is available for instant down load. To date I have had no issues with keys purchased for various programs, I thourghly recomend them for reliable purchase...”

“i am really happy about the service 1stly I bought one office windows_11_home_cdkey code of £8.99 which was not matched then they refund the money without any hassel. then I bought Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 CD Key (Digital Download) which activate immediately and I am happy to use my office program”
