“I ordered Microsoft Office 2024 Standard and it would not activate. I contacted support and they gave me a copy and paste reply asking me to make sure I followed their instructions. To be totally honest I found their instructions very convoluted and contradicting, for example they stated I had a retail key but further down the email it stated it was an OEM key! Anyway after sending emails back and forth they eventually sent me a new key FOC and that worked first time, which makes me think I was not doing anything wrong and that the first key just didn't work! We got there in the end with a little inconvenience, hence the 3-star review.”

“Your products do not designate whether they are 32-bit or 64-bit. So you sold me a 32-bit Vizio application for my 64-bit system which basically means it's wasted money. Put the bit count (32-bit 64-bit) on your software”
