“I went to buy 12 months of xbox game pass essential. When I had payed for fit and tried to redeem the code, it said the price had went up. This led to me not being able to redeem the key. I requested a refund and it took 24 hours for then to process it when it says a couple of hours. Also the refund takes 3 working days for credit/debit card refund. Horrible experience will never be ordering and game key from the website again.”

“I never received my game and I’m currently awaiting a refund but seeing as customer service doesn’t seem to recognise my order number I am guessing I’ll have to raise a claim with PayPal to get my money back. Sadly, I won’t be using you again and won’t be recommending you.”

“I recently bought a game key here and I'm very satisfied with the service. The key arrived super fast and redeeming it went without any issues. 5 out of 5 stars for a smooth experience! A quick tip for other buyers paying in Euros: Make sure to check the currency conversion when paying (e.g. via PayPal). Since the store charges internally in British Pounds (GBP), PayPal adds a small currency conversion fee. Because of this, the final price might end up about a Euro higher than the estimated Euro price shown in the shop. As long as you keep that in mind, you can grab some really amazing deals here. Would definitely buy again!”

“Misleading Prominent Claim and Unusable Activation Key The detailed product information does state that this is a region-locked key for Argentina. However, the store prominently displays the claim: “This works worldwide once activated with an Argentina VPN.” This strongly suggests that customers outside Argentina can safely purchase and activate the key by following the provided VPN instructions. I followed those instructions, but Microsoft rejected the key and I was unable to activate the game. While the regional restriction may be mentioned in the details, the much more prominent worldwide activation claim is misleading because the advertised method is not guaranteed to work. As a result, I was left without the game and without my money.”

“I’m leaving a one-star review because of the constant emails asking me to leave reviews and other marketing messages. I have contacted support multiple times asking them to stop using my email for marketing and review requests. Each time, I was told it would be taken care of, yet the emails continue. When a customer specifically asks to be removed from these communications, that request should be respected. Having to repeatedly contact support just to stop unwanted emails is extremely frustrating. Ironically, the constant requests asking me to leave a review are exactly what resulted in this one-star review.”
