“Your instructions are somewhat wanting, I have downloaded the software and tried to install but now have to uninstall 365. No mention of this in your emails. I also get annoying pop ups wanting me to install this that and the other. I have given up for now and may try to get what I paid for later in the week.”

“I purchased some keys for Microsoft Office. Unfortunately the keys didn't worked, but it was super easy to claim a replacement or a refund and each time there was somebody answering my mail in a very short time. I got a replacement two times, and the last time a refund as my version of office seems to be impossible to activate with these keys. Thanks to the team for being so quick to help and refund me as the keys weren't working.”
