“After four years of ordering from CJSCDKEYS I am going elsewhere. The account is broken and every order I place goes to shipped status, emails me saying its ready to claim, and Autokey says it is as well. Click claim and it goes to a screen saying order pending. I have been told to wait and it will resolve - it never does. Support does not read more than the latest reply. That is abundantly clear. More than one issue? Forget about it - spin a wheel and see which gets handled (Guaranteed to only be one and then the ticket is closed). Have issues with two different orders? That is going to be a rough experience. I made a second ticket to separate the issues so they would have a dedicated ticket for the account autokey being broken. I made the title abundantly clear that it is a different issue that needs its own ticket. Within seconds of submitting, an agent merged it with another ticket without as much as reading it. I suspect they have a queue in Zendesk that shows any ticket where the submitter already has an open ticket and this one agent just parks themselves there and closes them without reading a single letter. I am bummed, I truly am. If you ever have an issue that is legitimately account wide it's highly unlikely to ever be resolved. Their cure is for you to wait without any action from them. I am honestly just stunned at how they just let customers walk away and go elsewhere because they seem to believe issues are in the customer's heads.”
