“Bought Key for ms office 2019. When i tried to activate it, activation wizzard said key was not valid. Still awaiting feedback back from CJS CD Keys. Its been longer than the 24h they said it will take to recieve feedback.”

“Listed as a steam key, it wasn't, was a gift instead. Went to activation link for the gift and clicked it - Steam error just says it was already given to someone else, or retracted. Payment still taken and no product from it.”

“I bought a game by mistake on CJS Keys, I asked for a refund, they agreed to refund it, still no refund 8 months on. Ticket is still open and getting responses from likely an AI saying "it will likely sell in a few days time".”

“The ISO installer did not work. Support was / is absolutely useless. It’s clear that it is AI and no humans read a ticket. It’s insulting when you ask a question and the support ‘person’ is presented as a human, but it’s clearly a bot based on the fact that they do not address the questions you ask, and they just repeat the same information … that doesn’t work. I ultimately was able to download the software and activate it with the key I bought, with the help from an IT professional. This person confirmed the ISO file provided did not work in any way. There was no help or direction or interest in resolving the issue from CJS CD Keys. Buyer beware, you will not get assistance from support, if there is something wrong.”

“Terrible experience. Bought a steam key which ended up a NVIDIA gift. This did not work on steam or the nvdia site. Asked for a refund was told 12 hours max 2 days. I bought this 10 days ago. I have asked for a refund or replacement but fear my £50 has gone down the drain. They start well but have yet to deliver and customer service just fizzles out. Oh don’t forget if you chase your issue up you will get told off because they work on the oldest complaint first. If my issue gets sorted I will update.”
