“A very bad experience. I bought Resident Evil 5 and it said it was a global version, and I am fully aware that there is a European version that is cheaper, but I avoided it. When I received the code, I was surprised that it does not work. I contacted support and their response was as follows: We cannot return the key. We apologize, but according to our policy, we can return the key and sell it to someone else, and if it is sold, we will refund your money. Well, I laughed. The mistake is basically yours, so why are you making me part of the problem?”
