“Sold me a key that doesn't work. Refuses to refund as I have downloaded the key. How do you find out it doesn't work unless you download it? They give contradictory and confusing instructions on how to install the software. Smoke and mirrors.”

“I recived my code and didn't work !! After severall e-mails with the customer service (they didn't find solution) I buy a new code and is working properly. The question what went wrong is: I HAD TO PAY TWO TIMES!!!”

“The experience would have been great in getting a windows 11 home activation key except I didn't get my key until the next day. I was told on the website that it had my order had to be reviewed manually because of fraud indications. This was after I paid for it and was told to wait for an email that didn't arrive until the next day. The website states instant retrieval of key after purchase and to tell me that im a suspect of trying to be fraudulent in my purchase. Definitely not doing business with this company. I'll go to G2A or GG keys next time.”
