“I am leaving a 1-star review because CJS CD Keys sold me a faulty, region-locked key, and their support team is playing games with my money. Kieran initially issued me £19.91 in store credit, but exactly one minute later, Jessica manually removed it to force the dead, broken FIFA 22 key back onto my profile. I have tried redeeming this key on a proper US connection and it is completely blocked with a system error. This is a fraudulent business practice. I demand that you take this broken key back and restore my £19.91 Store Credit immediately. This review will stay public on REVIEWS.io and Trustpilot until my balance is fixed. Order #2282385.”

“Utter rubbish Purchased a pre order for my son, told key would be available on release date, all of his friends had the game at midnight upon release yet for some reason it took another day and a half for these clowns to get us the key, ended up having to buy the game again so he could actually play it with his friends on release”

“I went to buy 12 months of xbox game pass essential. When I had payed for fit and tried to redeem the code, it said the price had went up. This led to me not being able to redeem the key. I requested a refund and it took 24 hours for then to process it when it says a couple of hours. Also the refund takes 3 working days for credit/debit card refund. Horrible experience will never be ordering and game key from the website again.”

“I never received my game and I’m currently awaiting a refund but seeing as customer service doesn’t seem to recognise my order number I am guessing I’ll have to raise a claim with PayPal to get my money back. Sadly, I won’t be using you again and won’t be recommending you.”
