“Left me waiting hours to receive my key that should have been instant delivery as promised. Sold me a key that had already been activated. Made it a real headache for me to get a refund. Also had to pay £1 fee to get my refund when none of it was my fault. This is an honest review and I will honestly never use these cowboys again.”

Hi sir, i'm really sorry for the trouble you had. This item has restrictions: Only for accounts that didn't have an active Membership before! The DLC Bundle items are not tradeable or refundable. The Extra Bank Spaces expire at the end of membership access period. The Old School RuneScape 1-Month Membership is a one-time purchase and is not recurring. Recurring memberships can only be purchased via the in-game interface. Requires the base game Old School RuneScape on PC Steam in order to play. As you already had an active membership before Steam was saying you 'already own' the product. AS such you won't be able to activate it. I have now initiated a full refund for you. If you can please update review to positive, it would be much appreciated! Thank you.

“I purchased a piece of software. The instructions were clear and I successfully downloaded my purchase, but it wouldn't run. I contacted CJS Support, and they responded quickly and stayed with me until the issue was resolved. My current package had a very basic version of the full software version I'd purchased, and it's not possible to run both versions simultaneously. CJS helped me identify this issue, and once I'd deleted the basic pre-installed version, my purchase worked perfectly. Very good, responsive and clear support. I would use this company again and am happy to recommend.”

“I bought a bundle of key, and one of them was not working (ironically, most expensive one, even though it was stated that it would work for my country). Even though I submitted all the proof they requested that it is not working and was not problem on my side, they decided to do nothing and answer extremely slow to my requests and prolonged it for over the week. In the end I decided to buy the same game via G2A and what a surprise, it worked! As far as I am concerned, I am forever done with CJS. I can only hope after submitting official request they will at least have the decency to the refund for the non-working key, though considering their efficiency, I won't have my hopes up.”

“Pretty good. I bought 2 keys of Terraria for my friend and myself. Worked like a charm. Also bought a mystery key which gave me a random Steam game that was honestly not very exciting. But still great experience and easy process. Worth it.”
