“I received the wrong key and it took quite a long time to sort out. On the positive side, they did process a full refund when I requested it instead of store credit. Overall okay service in the end, but the initial problem and the delay were frustrating.”

“I paid for a psn download code for the ps5 version of AC black flag resynced. I was instead given a psn account which I tried to email and get sorted but kept getting the same email asking for a screenshot of the error. Waited all weekend to get sorted which it didn't so I decided to try it and then found out it won't work on my ps portal which is the reason I bought it so now I can't use it as I wanted to. I'll now have to purchase it again from PlayStation so I can play on my portal as I can't get the issue resolved.”

“All the keys are missadvertized. I was expecting Steam keys not gifts so i overpayed everything i got couse gifts are cheaper elsewhere. Even cheaper then the wholesale prices. So maybe think about describing products as they are and not misslead customers into buying something thinking its cheaper. Couse its not. CANNOT RECOMMEND UNTIL THIS IS FIXED.”

“Dead easy transaction to purchase Microsoft Office Professional 2024. I've bought many copies of Microsoft Office over a few years and whilst they can only be installed once, for the price it doesn't really matter if you need to buy another licence.”
