“I am writing to report a serious security concern regarding a Microsoft Office product I recently purchased from your website. After installing the software provided through your download, I immediately noticed abnormal behavior on my computer. Windows were opening and closing on their own, and the system was accessing areas without any input from me. This behavior is completely unacceptable and not consistent with legitimate Microsoft Office software. As soon as I uninstalled the product, my computer returned to normal operation. This strongly suggests that the installer or bundled software provided was compromised, unsafe, or contained unauthorized background processes. I am extremely disappointed that a company selling software keys would distribute downloads that pose a potential security risk to customers. This experience has caused a loss of trust in your service. I am requesting an explanation for this behavior and a resolution to this issue. At a minimum, I expect confirmation that your downloads are clean and legitimate, or a refund for this purchase. Please take this matter seriously, as distributing compromised software is a serious concern.”

“Sent me the wrong version of bo7, I paid for the vault edition and was sent the cross gen bundle. I didn't realise this error until I entered the code and went on bo7 to get the 20 tier battle pass skip and it said I had to purchase battle pass.”

“Think the websites abit of a joke tbf says instant delivery I waited 4 hours for bf 6 phantom edition and then I thought maybe just a off day so brought arc raiders deluxe edition today still waiting for the key at 19:52pm brought it around 14:50 the website states any extra check will take maximum there words not mine a few hours to sort out meaning 3 max I'm now going onto my 6th hour without the product I paid for”
