“I buy Mortal Kombat 1 Steam Key (Global) and being someone that is based in the UK, this should have worked as do all my other (GLOBAL) steam keys from other websites; the key is telling me that it is not working in my current UK location which makes no sense at all!!! - I thought to take a chance on CJSCDKEYS and I very much regret that moment to buy from them when I could have bought from loaded, instantkeys or even Gamivo…. I have tried to contact CJSCDKEY and all they gave me was one response which was asking for screenshots of my proof of the steam keys and I replied to it almost immediately… they have left me hanging for 48 hours now and they tell you that you are only allowed to open one support ticket at a time to “avoid repetitive tasks” but when you leave your customers like this with no customer service at all… I mean it is disgustingly frustrating to be treated like this. CJSCDKEY, believe me I will pursue this even thought my order total is around £10 (shame on you for scamming someone out of such a small amount)… I have left them so many messages in that same ticket and they are yet to respond to anything I say. A global steam key should work in the UK and it even says that on your webpage where you were advertising the product!! Fix this or I will pursue this further with legal ramifications.”

“False advertising or just plain fraud, I don't know. Advertised the EA FC 26 game for the xbox series s then give you a key for the xbox one version after you buy it, and then tell you that'll work on the xbox series s anyway. Already emailed about it and had an unsatisfactory response, so now it's the advertising standards agency and an ombudsman when I find out who deals with this to take it further.”
