“Been using CJS for several years but recent digital software key purchase caused me hours of trouble. It wasn't as described and instead of providing a new key they claimed it was pending payment even though it was on my bank statement and I had to provide evidence to proof I'd paid.”

“I would give a zero star rating if possible - if you want my advice, I’d stay away from this company. This is my experience: I ordered an activation code for antivirus as it was competitively priced. As part of the process, CJS asks you to “collect” your code via a link. The link takes you to a screen which invites you to create an account but, if you don’t read it carefully, you’ll be signing up for a subscription at $64 each 2 weeks. It’s this that CJS is most interested in and the cheap anti-virus code is a lure in my opinion. The code I “collected” was valid only for a handful of South American countries so I sent a message asking for a replacement code or full refund. Some days later and after several messages back and forth, CJS seem more interested in complicating the solution and/or refund rather than just sorting things out so I would suggest that its post-sales level of customer service is well below acceptable. These are my opinions based on my experience. I’ve kept the messages and screenshots as evidence”

“The only company I trust to buy keys from for microsoft windows, office, bitdefender, never any issue and been using CJS-CD Keys for over 15 years. The delivery mechanism to get keys instantly never fails and the pricing is always competitive and usually half the price of going to the actual provider. Don't know how you do it but keep on doing it :)”
