“Went to renew my 1yr license for 10 devices only for some unknown reason CJS CD Keys had questions as to the legitimacy of my renewal order for the same product, same length of time, same number of devices. While I was told multiple times that I could retrieve my key, I received the same message multiple times that my order was flagged as possible fraud. I was assured that the concern was to protect their clientele but in truth their verification process only protected CJS and mitigated their liability. The accepted forms of identification weren't IDs at all only name and address. Their hold on my order left my devices vulnerable to cyber attack. My original purchase last year went smoothly & didn't question the legitimacy of my order. Everything from the product to payment method was the same as last year with the exception that I moved into a different unit within the same apartment complex. For approximately two days I received emails to retrieve my key receiving the same message that my order was suspended as possibly fraudulent. In fact, this very review also requires verification of its legitimacy and verification of my order.”

“There's a bit mixed one - I bought Steam acc with preloaded game and it's amazing On the other hand, I bought a premium random game and it made me a game that cost roughly 10$ (discounted of course) so there's that. But other than this - they never disappoint!”

“After a small issue activating my Windows key, I contacted the support team and was extremely impressed with the service I received. They quickly replaced the key without any lengthy delays, which was especially impressive given that it was a weekend evening. The level of customer service and after-sales support was outstanding.
