“It was not a smooth process at all. ID checks for no apparent reason that defeats the object of checking out as guest and not able to collect the key from my laptop and having to do it from my phone via a link the support team generated. It feels like you have to create an account or it will be harder. It took several days to sort out all the issues and get the link sent for what seems to be no reason. Plus they requested all my ID in the process which I didn’t want to send after paying on debit card.”

“All working well now. I did have to uninstall MS365 which had been irritatingly automatically installed on computer setup and temporarily take down Windows Defender to install. But fingers crossed no further hitches.”

“They supplied a key without the installer, a volume license key. contacted support, and they are basically tough luck, we want you to jump through hoops to provide a refund, when it is clear in their own order confirmation advert, what they sold, didnt have a matching download link. Yet its down to me to spend 1-2 hours downloading software from their slow mirror, Uninstall the second software i purchased, Install this broken software, or attempt to, then uninstall and reinstall the correct one. Sorry, But No. Logic guys. You sell a standard edition software, your links do not contain a standard installer. this is open and shut, give me my refund. I shouldnt have to go through all the above when 1+1 doesnt equal 2.”
