“bought a game, it was marked as delivered. I didn't receive anything, so I wrote to support, who said it could take 1-2 days to resolve the issue. Nine days have passed, no game, no refund, no solution. Never again.”

“Download won't work. Had to wait over 24 hours for it to work. Beware that the activation key does not work on Microsoft office suite unless you downloaded their version. Impossible to contact. Not impressed”
