“Brought PlayStation network code at 2pm uk time. It’s now 6:35pm and still stuck on “awaiting approval” by them. Raised a ticket for the problem and just had back it’s gone through our side just needs you to claim the code when I have screenshots proving I don’t have access to the code…. Now literally just want a refund and will never use again!”

“I purchased an any region Arc Raiders key. A Mexico key was generated, so I contacted support. I got a generic response, then nothing for 3 days. Once they did respond, I was sent a link to Microsoft office? I chased the ticket 7/8 times and even opened another, which was immediately closed. Don't use this service, it's a mess. Luckily PayPal instantly refunded me and I went elsewhere.”

“16/01/26 purchased Bitdefender key for 5 devices and 2 years validity , prompt service key accepted by bitdefender but bitdefender have terminated key at 1st August 2027 or 19 months and only allowed for 3 devices.”
