“How do I give zero stars? I strongly recommend avoiding these purchases. The setup process was extremely confusing, requiring around 15 steps and even the creation of a new Nintendo account. Jumped on live chat which was responsive, and after a long back and forth and several failed attempts including nearly two hours spent on web chat it became clear the product simply did not work. Although I was told refunds were not possible, I did eventually receive one. Even so, I would not recommend this website, its products, or its service.”

“the product i purchased was advertised as a game key. however when i purchased it i later found out it was a steam gift. sadly i need a key not an instant link to add a game to steam. as such i feel like i was miss led hence the very poor review”

“When you any having issue with keys or accounts it takes days sometimes weeks for the issue is resolve and refund is not an option even if you request it ….ive been using this website for sometime now but am getting real sick of this..think am gonna stop soon if they don’t correct this issue”

“If I could leave no stars I would. Purchase a live gold for my Xbox didn't work took over 8 months to get a refund and was no mention of store credit. Why would I want to buy after such a bad experience. Waste of time never shop here”

“Unfortunately last couple of times, including the one just a couple of days ago, I bought a 1x Microsoft Office Home & Business 2021 MAC Key (Digital Download) and I got an error that implies the key has been redeem already and I have submitted several tickets to get a resolution and I haven't get one ever since. This site use to be good, but it looks like something just went wrong with their service.”

“If I could give it 0 stars, I would... Completely poor customer service. 6 days with an open case when it should have been as simple as doing a refound or issuing a new key, and nothing. Here they have me asking the same thing 10 times and nothing resolved. I do NOT recommend purchasing from this service at all.”
