“I placed my order for Office Pro Plus 2024 on 29 Apr at 10:56 AM. After discovering the software wouldn't install correctly on my PC, I tried to call them on their "customer service" line. The call immediately went to voice mail indicating no agents were available. I called six more times that day and got the same recording. I have tried multiple times every day since and receive the same recording. I left my name, email & phone number on the first attempt. I have received no response. At 12:12 PM on 29 Apr, I sent "customer service" an email requesting a refund. I received a reply indicating my request had been forwarded to another department for them to process my refund. Today is 1 May/11:36 AM. I have received absolutely no communication from CJS. I was apprehensive about ordering this software and it appears my misgivings were well founded. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!”

“Bought 3 DLC's for Total war They only had 1 in stock, so i asked for a refund for the other 2. They gave me a refund for the cheapest key, and it was store credit lol. Then when i try to claim the other 2 keys i haven't been refunded for, i get an error on their site, telling me my whole order is refunded. Not I'm in dispute with PayPal to get my money back.”

“Initially, there were already problems with the purchase of the key, a couple of days after the purchase, the key was thrown off to me after contacting technical support. I bought a key for 12 months and it expired after 3 months. Support does not help, does not answer questions. I do not recommend using this website.”

“I was sold an Xbox game pass key that didn’t work as advertised. The product description on the CJS website is different to the product (auto key) they actually send. I have provided screenshots on three separate occasions as proof and have been emailing for weeks but they’re now refusing to refund or even reply upon realising their mistake. Very poor customer service and disingenuous, DO NOT USE!!”

“Paid for a special edition of a game but received the standard. Emailed them and had a fast response, but then left completely unread without assistance. Sat here waiting for a reply to resolve my issue. Or I'll be getting my money back through my credit card. Highly recommend you don't buy anything atm until they actually take customers issues abit more seriously.”

“Office 2019 pro plus. I ended up being supplied a volume licence key. Contacted support got an Ai generated try phone activation which you cannot do on volume licence. I have contacted support 3 times more no response. Launched a PayPal refund. Bought a new key from Kinguin to get me up and running. Have bought about 40 keys over the years this will be the last. Very unhappy with the non existent support.”
