How do I give zero stars?
I strongly recommend avoiding these purchases. The setup process was extremely confusing, requiring around 15 steps and even the creation of a new Nintendo account.
Jumped on live chat which was responsive, and after a long back and forth and several failed attempts including nearly two hours spent on web chat it became clear the product simply did not work.
Although I was told refunds were not possible, I did eventually receive one. Even so, I would not recommend this website, its products, or its service.
