“Good but taking a long time to give me the game I paid £75 pound on”

“The transaction went fine, the difficulties came trying to find the key code I purchased. I got immediately sent to a link to another product which then tried to make me purchase it for £0.00. Which you basically had to do to move passed the next page. As a result Iv signed up for something that going to take £29.99 the following day. I wouldn’t buy again based on this confusing sales tactic. I found the code for the Product that I did purchase after and it works fine.”

“Got the dlc I wanted at a good discount (like 50% off I think). However, I wasn't able to claim the key for a while due to it being on out of stock even though it said there was 10+ stock on the purchase page. Overall would recommend. :)”

“Product was absolutely fine, but my issue is with the advertising on the website. After purchasing a key, a popup appeared to access the key. I ended up having to take out a subscription, thinking this was a part of the process. All very confusing. I won't be coming back after this experience.”

“I love CJS-CDKeys, but have recently gotten several keys that DID NOT WORK. I have submitted the keys and transactions per their (convoluted) reporting system but have never - not one time - received a response. I had to repurchase to get a working key. I will continue to use them as their prices a second-to-none, but I am frustrated when I cannot count on getting a working key when I need it.”

“Country was not in the option list (Canada) and putting SteamID in was automatically detected as United Kingdom when it is set to Canada, I've had to email them to fix this issue which is annoying since they can just give us a key instead of friending someone”

“Although I was appreciative of receiving the discount for Microsoft 365 Personal, I was disappointed that I had to wait until the next day to receive my download digital keys due to fraud issues or others. Could it have been cause I paid thru PayPal. The unexpected delay is the result of my rating.”

“Well, I have bought from CJS several times and always had a positive experience but this last purchase was not so easy. They have changed the download process and you must use Google Drive and one of their Zip extractors. Way too complicated ans the files go all over the place and not where directed. I am afraid, even with the great price, I will not be using them again. A real shame since the past experiences have been so positive. They broke a process that wasn't broken.”

“I purchased a key for No Man's Sky on the Switch and everything worked fine for the first couple of months. However, the game suddenly stopped working, and when I contacted support, I was redirected through multiple links and repeatedly told I’d receive a replacement key “soon.” After over a week of waiting with no resolution, I gave up and requested a refund. To be fair, the refund process was quick and straightforward—the money was credited back to my account almost immediately. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, but at least the refund was handled well.”

“I've bought a few things from CJS-cdkeys over the years and never had a problem until recently. Their refund process is not straightforward and I was asked for the same information on more than three occasions. Information that I had given in my initial message and that they should already have access to on their system. Also, be wary buying any of their Random Mystery keys. You may not be given a key of the advertised value. All that being said, I will likely use them again in the future as the prices are generally very good. I'll just stay away from the random keys.”
