“I had problems with the autokey”

“Normally this is my go to site for game pass ultimate but today they charged almost 10 dollars for 1 month when usually its almost 2. Plus there is trouble generating my key.”

“It took me many attempts to try and purchase the Windows 11 Key I wanted, which was extremely frustrating to the point that I looked elsewhere to buy. However their price was SO good by comparison to elsewhere, that I came back and kept trying on different devices, and eventually, it worked. After that, it was plain sailing as the license code worked perfectly. Would advise them to look at how their site works on multiple devices, Operating systems and browsers at the point of purchase!”

“La vendita era ingannevole con dicitura disponibilità immediata dopo l'acquisto. Invece tutt'altro l'assistenza mi ha risposto con diverse soluzioni... sarà disponibile tra 24 hr, oppure dopo 48hr...... la chiave sarebbe arrivata alla release del gioco. richiesto refound alla fine ottenuto tramite paypal”

“Bought a key that ended up being region locked, and their solution on the website didn't help me. Then got no response in the support ticket, I'll update this if I get a response. Other then that, good-ish service”

“I really wanted to be able to right a good review. I bought 5 sims Cd keys and 4 worked. 5th one didn’t, wasn’t in any rush so I just followed the report key function. I have now been emailing back and forth for over 2 weeks. I provided screenshots which were requested and was told it would be rectified. Then I got an email telling me I had to log in to sims online to register the game. The key is 4 digits too short but hey, I had a go. I emailed bad the proof, including a video, that the code was not working and requested a refund (after initially asking for a new key) as I was fed up by then. Only to receive an email today with the first email reply requesting the screenshots! I am going around in circles and getting a bit fed up now. They take a couple of days to respond also, which is a pain.”

“Very good communication by CJS! I've placed an order for a Grid Race Driver (2008) CD key, but it turned out it was the 2019 version. When I've pointed that out, CJS quickly replied to me and refunded my order. Still, too bad because I really wanted the 2008 game..”

“The lock is not working very well. It sticks halfway through locking and unlocking. Also, the door does not click shut anymore which it has to do as it is a fire door.”

“It took till the next day to get my code. Which don't get me wrong is not long to wait, but not instant as advertised and is frustrating if you need the code to start playing with friends. That said, the price can't be beat so overall I'm happy there.”
