“I purchased 2 xbox games, however, i am still unable to activate the keys using a VPN. So it feels like I have just wasted money on nothing.”

“Bought a Baldur's Gate 3 pre-loaded account. Was delivered in 1 day (even tho they said it will be delivered in few hours), but other than that - everything worked well. I could not say anything about account protection, so that's why 3 stars, because as a service to purchase accounts - it may take long, but may be better value. So it is up to you to purchase on this website.”

“Quick resolution all things considered. But I did have a lot of initial problems claiming my key. The phone number verification did not work and I really see no reason it shouldn't. I wanted the game when I clicked the purchase button since I had a good opportunity to play it then. That opportunity is now mostly gone so I am a little bit soured on the whole experience. I might give it another go in the future still though the price was very good.”

“Never buy new games through CJ's. Always wait a little bit. Their website says they have keys available for the game I purchased that says they have "10+ keys in stock" and "Instant Delivery Guaranteed". When I attempt to collect the key it says the game isn't available and check back later. CJ's support was around long enough to tell me I had collected the key already and disappeared the moment I provided proof that I haven't. They blatantly lied to me when they reiterated that keys are available and that I already received mine. This is my final CJ's purchase. The savings aren't worth the hassle.”

“Quite slow delivery, took about 5 hours to get the actual code. I bought a 12 month subscribtion, which I got in from of 4 x 3 months subscribtions, which took a long time to redeem.”

“On product page it said that there’s still items available in the stock but it apparently not. When I contacted them, they said to wait 12 hours but I waited for almost a week. I even purchase the game directly from steam because I thought I got scammed. But at the end they really do ship the game account for me. Somehow if you really want to play those game, just buy it directly from steam because this site is kinda a mix of scammed and not.”

“Took almost 2 days for the code to arrive in the "autocode generator". Suport replied once asking for screenshots of the order number...which was already mentioned in the title of the ticket... In the end it worked out but wouldn't risck a hefty sum of money with them.”

“EA FC Ultimate edition was supposed to arrive on 22 september, and i finally got it on 24 of september. Communication was poor, and the information provided on the site was not accurate. The 10 hour preview from game pass ultimate/ea play allowed me to play in the early access period in the end, but if you advertise you will deliver a game on the release date it's quite annoying it doesn't happen. In the end the game arrived, and the price was very good. But I would only order in the future again if I was fine with the game potentially arriving later than advertised, or buying an older game.”

“Tried to buy a key the first time and got blocked for no reason. When I tried a second time I received the key with ease, however, what they advertise is different from what is listed on the product page in that the 'retail keys' cannot be tied to a Microsoft Account as suggested. Either way I received the key and the product is activated. I'm not sure what to do if I reinstall Windows now because this key likely won't work. Buyer beware.”
