“ I bought a key on release day of BO6. They tried to give me a gift on battle.net, not the the key. Means I needed to wait 3 days after release if I wanna play the game. So we had a long discussion, the people on the ticket center just answering like a bot. They have a script to answer everything. With a lot of pressure on PayPal I got my money back, they didn't wanted to refund me, for something they couldn't give me. First and last time. ”
