THE XBOX KEY WAS USED ALREADY.
The returns procedure was so long and drawn out that I gave up. It meant sending them many screenshots of your xbox account including one of your chat with microsoft support.
Too much hassle.
All other keys from other sites have worked fine for me.

Its now 11 days since software purchased, activation key didn't work so e-mailed them, quick reply promising it would be sorted or refunded. Numerous e-mail exchanges and 4 more promises later have had no fix or refund and now ignoring my e-mails so now going to PayPal for refund. Useless.
