THE XBOX KEY WAS USED ALREADY.
The returns procedure was so long and drawn out that I gave up. It meant sending them many screenshots of your xbox account including one of your chat with microsoft support.
Too much hassle.
All other keys from other sites have worked fine for me.

When you any having issue with keys or accounts it takes days sometimes weeks for the issue is resolve and refund is not an option even if you request it ….ive been using this website for sometime now but am getting real sick of this..think am gonna stop soon if they don’t correct this issue

If I could leave no stars I would. Purchase a live gold for my Xbox didn't work took over 8 months to get a refund and was no mention of store credit. Why would I want to buy after such a bad experience. Waste of time never shop here
