THE XBOX KEY WAS USED ALREADY.
The returns procedure was so long and drawn out that I gave up. It meant sending them many screenshots of your xbox account including one of your chat with microsoft support.
Too much hassle.
All other keys from other sites have worked fine for me.

contacted support, and they are basically tough luck, we want you to jump through hoops to provide a refund,
when it is clear in their own order confirmation advert, what they sold, didnt have a matching download link.

the delivery is and was quick, for half of my order. the other half and the main part is still in cyberspace, the 1/3 of my original order is no good without the other two( precisely one of the other two ) they go together. Do not recommend! Selling keys you cant use because outdated software doesn't allow so the key is pretty much useless! Refund process seems to be a nightmare also so won't be using them again!
