THE XBOX KEY WAS USED ALREADY.
The returns procedure was so long and drawn out that I gave up. It meant sending them many screenshots of your xbox account including one of your chat with microsoft support.
Too much hassle.
All other keys from other sites have worked fine for me.

Bought what was clearly advertised as a “Steam Key” and received a Steam gift link instead. I had to open the link simply to verify the product type, and support now claims it cannot be refunded immediately because it was “used”.
Misleading listing, unfair refund policy application, and very poor customer service. I would strongly advise buyers to be careful before purchasing from this website.
