THE XBOX KEY WAS USED ALREADY.
The returns procedure was so long and drawn out that I gave up. It meant sending them many screenshots of your xbox account including one of your chat with microsoft support.
Too much hassle.
All other keys from other sites have worked fine for me.

Awful company. Bought FM26 for Steam and still they can’t provide me with the correct Key so i can access the game. Been over a month now. Have emailed numerous times for updates and have even requested a refund but nothing. They say they have issues with there suppliers. No problem but give me my money back. Waste of time and money i will never see again.
