“This key is to be a birthday present for a family member and I have not yet received it,(June 3), despite my payment being taken from my credit card account on June 1. Please investigate to earn a better review. Ray Hansler”

“Your products do not designate whether they are 32-bit or 64-bit. So you sold me a 32-bit Vizio application for my 64-bit system which basically means it's wasted money. Put the bit count (32-bit 64-bit) on your software”

“This is the second time using CJS keys and both times were for windows 11 keys. The first time worked straightaway but I purchased another key for a newly built pc a few days ago and immediately ran into problems. After entering the key the activator failed saying the computer hardware had changed and that it didn't match my install. I contacted customer service and to be completely honest they were useless giving 4 suggestions on how to resolve one being that I need to opt for telephone activation which is no longer and option. I ended up resolving the issue myself by forcibly adding the license key using cmd then running activation. I'm no computer wiz but I google alot and this worked. Would I use CJS again probably not based on this recent experience.”

“Prices are very good but keys being sold that are on back order and back orders not being cleared in the stated time frames is beyond annoying, if it isn't in stock say so before orders are placed. Downloads that require uninstalling other applications, clearing of cache, tidying out references within the registry before they will install and then issues connected with accepting of the new keys and then having to buy other keys to reinstall the software that had to be uninstalled is rediculous”

“Response time is terrible, I placed an order and was kept on hold for fraud check, it says 2-3 hours wait, but I was following up for 3 days until they managed to release my order.”

“Unfortunately The Product Key Was Not Forthcoming. Ordering on line was easy and the vendor replied to the order in good time. However the link provided in the email to a third party key delivery provider did not work. After a second unsuccessful attempt to email me a working link to a key and five email exchanges, the vendor kindly refunded my money. I tried ordered a Microsoft Office software download code, but it seems this provider sells games for the most part.”

“1st time ever using this site and will be the last. They sold it as a key but it came through as a gift. Did everything as instructed and never received key don't even know where it is. Never got the "friend invite" from a bot or nothing. Won't be going through this site again.”

“Unfortunately the key did not work. I gave a 2 star because I received a quick response when I sent a request for help but after that only radio silence. I understand that the keys might not work all times, so I'm open to change my review if the team contact me and provide another key in a timely manner, otherwise I would like a full refund asap.”

“Download won't work. Had to wait over 24 hours for it to work. Beware that the activation key does not work on Microsoft office suite unless you downloaded their version. Impossible to contact. Not impressed”

“First the good points, I purchased a key for Microsoft Office 2021 which works well and very happy with it. Second the bad, from the picture their emails don't display correctly on mobile phones. When I press the link to retrieve the activation key, I ended up with a subscription to 'The Food Bliss' and took £29.90 from my bank taking advantage of the mobile phone Google Pay system. Somehow their sponsor's link got mixed into CJS CD Key's. I would advise not to use mobile phones to read emails or deactivate Google Pay.”

“I never received the item. it was advertised as a steam key instant delivery but it turns out they had to send the game as a gift which i never received i tried to reach out to support but after 2 days of no answer i initiated a paypal dispute. A day later i received a message they would give me a full refund. I gave it 2 stars because i have bought a couple of discounted games before and I didnt have any problems so im not sure what went wrong this time. I was trying to save $4 but all the hassle was not worth it.”

“Think the websites abit of a joke tbf says instant delivery I waited 4 hours for bf 6 phantom edition and then I thought maybe just a off day so brought arc raiders deluxe edition today still waiting for the key at 19:52pm brought it around 14:50 the website states any extra check will take maximum there words not mine a few hours to sort out meaning 3 max I'm now going onto my 6th hour without the product I paid for”

“Service was okay. I bought a key for football manager 26 and the game is absolutely terrible. Gave up on it after a couple of hours and will never go near any football manager game again, they've completely ruined it. Because I bought a key, I cannot get a refund, hence the low review. They should have some kind of system in place for refunds. If I'd have bought the game through steam then I would have got a full refund.”

“I thought it was stand alone but what loaded was365. Very odd as the loading asked me to remove 365 which I did. But still have 365.”
