“C`mon guys, first you're saying i need some weird additional anti-fraud validation and keep my order pending for 3 days. Then you say I can't refund my order.”

“I purchased Call of Duty World at War but there is no direction as to where the key should be entered, I see other reviews claiming they have had to download a pirate copy of the game to then enter the code in to receive the non pirated copy. The key was delivered fast and i would imagine any steam game keys would not have this issue but even customer service don't know what to do with a Windows Edition key, CDKeys in my opinion is a safer and better option for purchases than this website.”

“I purchased a switch game 2 days ago, activated it but still have not got the instructions to download the game. Emailed the support but got told to contact live chat. Contacted live chat and after waiting ages got told it is being processed. 8 hours later - still nothing so contacted live chat again - marked now as urgent and still don’t know when it will be available. Hmmm…. Here’s hoping!”

“recently purchased an Xbox Live subscription key for one of my children through CJS CD Keys. As a parent of four Xbox-owning kids, I’ve bought multiple subscriptions over the years without any issues. Unfortunately, this time was different. Although I selected an EU region key (which includes the UK), it failed to redeem. The error message indicated a mismatch between my account’s region and the purchase location. We’re currently staying at our holiday home in Spain, where I’ve successfully activated keys in the past, so this caught me off guard. I submitted a support query several days ago but have yet to receive a resolution. Clearer communication regarding the nature of the issue, along with timely updates and either a fix or a refund, would go a long way toward improving customer confidence.”

“Purchased a key, CJS system blocked my transaction due to the security system. Told via email someone will be in touch. Nothing for 24 hours. I email again, response an hour or 2 later telling me my payment was cancelled and if I still want it to order again. I email back to ask if CJS are going to do anything about my funds which are now on hold due to their system and that the transaction is still pending. Email received an hour or 2 later saying it’s cancelled. No service given whatsoever, I did get an apology for inconvenience, but that was it. On the website, just get pestered about every customer only leaves reviews when something goes wrong. Maybe you should look in to your system issues which are causing customers to feel aggrieved, rather than blaming customers for not reviewing when it is a smooth transaction. Good response rate, poor communication and service. I gave a 2 for customer service simply because you responded, responses mean nothing if the concern and service isn’t provided, which it wasn’t. Should probably be a 1. Also, you have a loop on your website when payment has been refused by your system. Which is incredibly frustrating.”

“Czekam wciąż na odpowiedź odnośnie mojego zamowienia wysyłam wiadomości lecz bez skutku zamówiłem elden Ring z czego pieniądze z konta mi znikneły a gry tak jak nie było nie ma... Napisali mi żebym oczekiwał w zakładce Moje zamówienia po czym nawet tam pokazuje mi że tego nie mam tak jakby moje zamówienie nie istniało jeśli ktoś to czyta z administracji proszę wkoncu o kontakt ... W załączniku pokazuje brak mojego zamowienia”

“Bought from cjs a couple of times, every thing was ok so far. On my last purchase i had an issue with my product. So far 10 days of repeating reply’s “we are working on it”. Feels like if you get unlucky with your order, your not gonna get some help with it…”

“Bought Key for ms office 2019. When i tried to activate it, activation wizzard said key was not valid. Still awaiting feedback back from CJS CD Keys. Its been longer than the 24h they said it will take to recieve feedback.”

“Terrible experience. Bought a steam key which ended up a NVIDIA gift. This did not work on steam or the nvdia site. Asked for a refund was told 12 hours max 2 days. I bought this 10 days ago. I have asked for a refund or replacement but fear my £50 has gone down the drain. They start well but have yet to deliver and customer service just fizzles out. Oh don’t forget if you chase your issue up you will get told off because they work on the oldest complaint first. If my issue gets sorted I will update.”

“Key wasn’t to be found anywhere. Referred to som dodgy page with ads and no key. Customer service extremely slow and ignorant. After one week I got the key. No explanation of the problem. Cheap though. And key works.”

“I've got a few games through them in the past and had no issues, but then one of my steam keys failed to show, when i reached for help i was told to wait, it seemed to me they were more concerned with duplicate tickets than anything else. Still waiting for my steam key or my refund.”
