“I bought a code for 1x Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 1 Month Key (Digital Download) Global, the code did not work, I asked the support for a solution, and they did not respond or give me a solution, I sent the error that I was getting when entering the code ( does not work), I carried out all the procedures correctly for activation but it still did not work for me ”

“The code of got for the game worked and is playable but ever since purchasing I have been getting notifications of someone trying to sign into my Microsoft account (what I bought the game for)”

“Xbox.... don't use a VPN activated key. Microsoft has figured out a way to block redeeming codes out of the region that your account is based. At least for me in the USA. Now the issue I have with CJS CD Keys is they know this. The email they sent me said " they use to work but Microsoft blocks them now". That's quoted from their customer support email. Which turns out is just a generic email that is sent when you have a problem redeeming on xbox. Their site tells you not to open a PayPal dispute because that will take 14 days to refund. Not true... it took 2 minutes for paypal to refund my money. I can't understand why they just don't tell xbox users hey this might not work. Instead they tell you to use a premium VPN....like Nord or expressVPN that's another hassle you go through downloading and then having to canceling. Just doesn't make sense why they sell something they know does not work!!!”

“Use one of two keys and my order disapered from the site. Try to screen capture the part that stated that I have no orders but fail. Receive an email but this does not have the keys. I'm very disappointed.”

“I bought 1 game from CJS and when I tried to get the code it failed. I waited 3 days to get a reply from staff support and I was refunded in store credit. I asked for it to be refunded to my bank (paying the £1 to allow myself to do that) and I haven't gotten a reply. Because of this I bought another game and the same error occurred. I asked for assistance from staff and I haven't been given a reply in 24 hours. I was told the maximum wait time was 12 Hours for a reply. Shocking customer service, delivery and wasn't assisted effectively. If you're looking for a key. Do not use this service.”

“The code wasn't available to collect the day I ordered it. Which wasn't any use to me because I wanted to enjoy it on my day off. Instead of refunding like I asked they kept putting me off and asking the same questions until they were able to sort it out a couple of days later. I'd already bought it somewhere else by then, but given how they ignored 3 refund requests I'd given up and tried somewhere else already. So I gave the extra code to a mate. Won't use them again”

“The problem with this platform is that it takes too long to grant you the key codes for your games or subscriptions due to an authorization procedure other websites offer a quick response as well as key grants for their costumers immediately.”

“Bougth a 12 month subcription for the xbox. I get 4 different keys to be entered on a pc under the account. Nowhere was either of those things specified. Its for a gift wich now becomes a hassel for the recipient. And are they even stackable, so you end up with some of the codes not working!!?? Some transperecy would really have been in order”

“You buy the key according to the description but you get a steam gift. No kidding. What's more, you have to wait over 24 hours to pick it up because they supposedly have some security and verification. Buy elsewhere, it will be faster and you will get what you bought.”

“I made an ordered and paid. The site could not verify my account via SMS because the SMS never came to me, although my number was correct. So I had to go the hard way and send them a few official papers, so they can verify that it was me who paid. Now, 5 hours later, the verification has not been completed, they would not answer to my mail and I cannot receive my order, although I have already paid for it. My review won't change even if I receive the code later on and in the future I will shop from other sites.”

“I think the biggest problem is that the serial number has to wait. Other platforms are shipping immediately. I think this is too slow and inefficient, and there is no timely customer service to deal with it.”

“Well,ordered a code around 9.30am and never arrived. Stated an error and was being looked into, so ordered another straight away. Then this one disnt work... could take upto 2 hours max it said. 3 hours later I needed to visit another retailer to buy the code. I checked 8 hours later after requesting a refund and guess what... yep hello now unwanted code. On a brighter note I'm ready for next month.”

“It took almost 48 hrs. to get the key, I was very frustrated that I couldnt get the key so decided to cancel the order after 24 hrs. but guess what? you can't cancel if the order is waiting inspection or whatever, so after a very looong time i got the email saying I can finally get the key and I decided I didn't want it anymore so before I claimed the key tried to cancel it and guess what? you can't cancel it then either, so I got stuck with the key. after so long wanted to get the key elsewhere, good thing I didn't because I wolud be stuck with 2 of them. after that had no problem claiming the game but the wait was absurdly long.”

“I bought a game and the key wasn't sent within a reasonable time (it was in stock). It took a couple of hours since I ordered and it told me that there was "a possoble fraud" on my behalf. It asked me for my ID and proof of living address. Lol I wouldn't go for all that just for a video game. So I asked for a refund and it took 3 days to get it done. Bought the exact game somewhere else, for cheaper and got the code within a minute. First and last time for me woth CJS CD KEYS.”

“I purchased two CD keys from this site, both of which were clearly stated to be in-stock on their store pages. One was perfectly fine, but the other, after purchasing, was not available for download (the key was listed as 'pending fulfilment', then as 'not in stock', then 'in backorder'). The customer service team informed me that the key was not, in fact, currently in stock, and said they would notify me when it was available. It has been about a month since then, and I still do not have my key - and I was a bit annoyed when one of the responses said that the key being unavailable was listed on the product page (it was not - in fact, it said that there were 10+ available). It may be that this was simply an unfortunate incident, and that most sales go off without a problem. If I had only purchased one CD key (the one which was actually in stock), I'd probably be leaving a very positive review. But this experience has left me quite frustrated, and I do not intend to purchase from this site again.”
