“Purchased key for Office Pro 2021. It was already ativated too many times. I had to go through Phone activation. Took me 30min with bot to complete activation.”

“The key doesn't work (key is from Sri-Lanka, if you use it you'll get "A support request for subscription verification automatically sent. Please wait for the reseller's verification" message and then no one will help you (ESET support redirects the ticket to the country you're from, and since you got this license not from your country, they refuse to support it)”

“I bought 6 codes only 3 worked and the other 3 just say to make sure I have put in right code 10-13 characters long and I have triple checked I did everything right but codes won’t work, emailed ya support group but haven’t heard anything all day”

“I would like to think that you deal with problems better than mine first i got in touch and got told it was my computer, cookies ect then when i went back to the site it keeps saying my post code is wrong, then when i tried to make a new account i found out you do not list the uk on the list. i did pass the info back in the contact tab but no one came back to me it would be better if they got back in touch if you do not want me to buy more keys you just have to ask”

“Was okay the first 2 times got the key instantly but then the last 2 times they haven't been instant access, and had to wait for a day or 2 nothing major but when you buy it to play that night it seems kinda pointless. Very helpful customer service sorted it eventually.”

“I couldn't stack more than 2 codes. The country was not india like advertised and they are giving me a hard time about giving me a refund for the ones I can't use. I bought a ultimate code to upgrade the ones that did work and that also didn't work as the core codes were not from india but turkey. Customer service takes forever to reply. Will not use this site again.”

“Let me start by saying I have bought keys in the past from CJS CD keys without issue. On this occasion I purchased You Tube Premium - 12 months. I had an initial issue within the first week that was resolved, but now find the account is locked! I have contacted CJS on several occasions and provided screenshots but assistance has not been forthcoming, so I cannot use the service I purchased. So in conclusion, anything beyond the purchase of keys is a risk not worth taking!”
