“Have to say, advertised as ps plus subscription code. To then be sent 3 codes for cash funds added to your account. So many hoops to jump through as well, so as of now I have funds in my account, and because I have a few days of currently subscription,nothing I can do other than sit and wait to see if new sub takes the funds in my account. Like I said poorly advertised, and not clear to get your funds. Won't be using again , I'll stick to shopto in the future, that is clear, and no hoops just to get what you ordered.”

“Good service however the product I ordered was a once only purchase of MS office 2021 yet it insists on asking me to login and sign up to Microsoft 365, so what was the point of me buying it?”

“Yes we got the voucher. Was £5 cheaper but significant hoops to jump though to prove your identity if you don’t receive a text like I didn’t. Photographs of IDs etc. Personally wouldn’t use it again to save £5”

“I purchased code via PayPal for my own safety reasons, this order again needed extra checks for some pointless reason. They also put a pause on my account so I couldn't obtain any of the codes I have previously bought. When they finally processed my order, the game was out of stock??? However, after about 6 hours, I finally received my code and everything worked fine. The customer support is just very, very bad.”

“I ordered a 50 pound gift card and couldn’t redeem it so I contacted support and they said that they had fixed the issue when I still couldn’t redeem it so they said if I had further issues send a picture of the problem and I did that and they never got back to me so I was left in the dark until I got an email saying I could finally redeem it a day later.”

“Purchased the 12 month game pass ultimate on Friday evening, didn’t get the key until Sunday morning as it was on back order despite being advertised as available for immediate use. Also, this is 4 x 3 month subscriptions so I will need to keep going back and redeeming a code - this was also not made clear. On the plus side the customer service was good with a fast reply, just not with good news!”

“It was advertised. I was buying a 12-month PlayStation essential subscription that is why I bought it so I could stack it before the price increase. The actuality is it's a £50 voucher and not a 12-month code leaving me unable to buy PSN before it runs out and having to pay the new increased price. False advertising”

“Extremely poor support after something going wrong with the key. Bad site design and confusing offerings sometimes. Waiting for 3 days as of now on resolving a key not working. Overall much improvement needed but so far every key worked. It's just the extra hassle of opening a support ticket and then "ghosted" for days is really not good. I already paid for the key so why isn't it working instantly like on other sites I use idk.”

“Honestly giving 2 stars because it says I would receive a key for the game I purchased but instead it’s a gifted copy from another account. I don’t want a gifted copy, if I knew that before I would’ve never purchased it in the first place. Kind of frustrating.”

“Im very dissapointed. It took 12 hours for the key to be delivered. They say anti fraud system can take from minutes to no more than 3 hours to verify everything is in order. So why 12 hours? And on top of that, Nobody from staff replied to me when I contacted them.”

“Brought the wrong thing made a ticket which took 3 days to reply overal took 7 days to get refund but not bk to my bank just credit, upon ordering again email stated order was ready to collect via autokey but upon trying to collect it no code was present only processing this was at 10.15pm now have sent 3 emails from 6.30am no reply no code no nothing not the best customer services if customers have to wait for them to pull there finger out and get it sorted..”

“The key was not working and the whole process of getting the long was long. I sent an enquiry to them and it was responded to within 10 mins but after payment, it took almost 24 hours. If you are in hurry to get your keys, Just move ahead. still waiting for their feedback to fix error key sent to me”
